Very very basic hotel. Stinky in the evening (curry, which I love but not in a hotel). Room is big but basic, look a bit dirty as well as the bathroom. The balcony in nice tho. Breakfast: everything is in plastic: fork, spoon, glass all the buffet breakfast is in plastic or paper - first time in my life.

The room was freezing cold the whole night and we caught cold because the room heat wasn’t working as the balcony window had a leak or something and the wind kept travelling in due to which the room was super cold. We couldn’t sleep all night. We called the front desk and all they did was bring in towels and cover the leak which didn’t help much at all as the temperature outside was -36 and we couldn’t sleep at all!
Worst night ever! Trip.com needs to be aware of the hotel condition!

Overall, for the price; this property is trash.
Reason 1- building is way too old.
2- doors aren’t clean, glasses have smudges, floors aren’t wiped properly.
3- whole interior is dated and boring looking. Nothing like the pictures.
4- almost all hallways have paint smudges or little scratches that aren’t fixed yet.
5- balcony is so weirdly placed. It looks over nothing and you’re blocked in. Cigarette butts everywhere.

We stayed here for 3 nights with our family. Service was excellent, hotel was clean, breakfast was great, and the pool and hot tub were great, especially for the kids. Was our second time staying at this hotel and we will definitely be back when in the area.

Super affordable, very nice hotel. Comfy bed and attractive, clean room. Breakfast was great. Tasty with a nice selection of food and nice staff. Nav at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The location is also great for going to events. We will be back.
