床很舒服，房間也夠大，比預期的好，浴簾有點破，有點和其它設施格格不入，早點去晚了，還有五分鐘結束，但是服務員態度很好，主動拿出打包盒讓我們把東西帶走吃，這樣的人在加拿大不多

This was a convenient place for us to stay, close to our niece for a visit. The staff were very nice, welcoming and friendly. However, the Inn is very old and it shows. It needs fresh carpets, paint and although the lady preparing the free breakfast was wonderful, the facilities and variety of food was very poor. It was set up in what appeared to be a converted hotel room on the 3rd floor, so not very roomy for the number of guests attending. There was pancakes, toast, boiled eggs, some yogurt and fruit and coffee. We didn't bother, especially as there was a lineup out into the hallway.

It's really close to the Edmonton mall but the hotel is quite old, definitely some enhancements. No breakfast provided because of COVID.

I would not recommend staying here. It is very close to the mall but is not clean, smells of smoke and is very outdated. I was unable to sleep throughout the night due to noise and the alarm clock going off. The staff offered nothing for this inconvenience.

Great location. Easy walk to the mall very convenient. Bed was so so bad. Extremely uncomfortable. Would probably try another hotel close by next time

We had a great stay here. What attracted us was the value of the room with the 2 tickets to the Waterpark or amusement park. The carpets were older but the rooms were clean and offered a stocked coffee bar and water bottles. The check in lady could use a lesson in customer service as it was below average. The contentment breakfast was a great start to the day. I would recommend staying here for the value.
