超級差勁的體驗！私人家庭小作坊模式，老闆態度十分惡劣，完全不接受任何溝通，冷暴力處理問題。因天氣原因臨時趕上封路，唯一一條去酒店的路被警察封住了，外界不可抗力原因導致無法到達酒店，攜程也表示類似情況都可以協商全額退款。經過多次和店家協商，拿出了百分之二百的誠意希望能協商解決，哪怕扣除部分房費都可以，但店家態度始終惡劣，甚至最後壓根不接聽電話，直接扣款兩千多一晚。實際入住體驗實在是無福消受，但這樣本性的店家也未必能好到哪去。希望有想選擇這家的朋友們，慎重吧！冰島本就天氣多變地廣人稀，人性的醜惡衹會讓你旅程的心情無比寒冷。

I travelled 77 countries and I stayed many hotels but I can say that this hotel is my favorite!!
We kept talking we are happy because we stay this hotel.
and the hotel staff David was very kind and professional.
He helped us and gave all the information we needed. Thank you David .
Everything was perfect!! My mom was so happy to stay in this hotel. We rested so comfortably and relaxed .
She calls this hotel ‘our best hotel’ :)

Wonderful modern, clean and fresh lodge overlooking the frozen end of the long fjord. Great food for dinner and breakfast especially the Arctic Char (fish); hot tubs with a view and very comfortable beds. The owning couple excel on friendliness and helpfulness. Just wish we could have stayed longer

Nice property next to the lake. Our room was facing the lake and the view was really good! Staff were friendly and the place had a homely vibe to it. Rooms were clean and well maintained.
Breakfast was good, with lots of freshly baked bread and pastries, and omelettes made to order.
