Uitzicht boven aan de berg is prachtig, maar dat was het dan ook wel? De huisjes, zijn (ik gok de jaren 70) en alhoewel ze best schoon waren. Is er na die tijd niets meer gedaan dan. Hooguit wat repersties, maar die zijn ook op zijn Afrikaanse gedaan. Volgens, Europese standaarden is het echt slecht. Volgens Afrikaanse mischien redelijk.

We had a great stay, had nice walks through the place, swimming pool was clean and restaurant nice. Looks like they also renovating their cottages. Nice to see they putting money back into their places ..we would come again

Really enjoyed the recently refurbished units, always a pleasure to stay there. The restaurant stuff was a pleasure to deal with. They went out of their way to ensure that my Islamic clients received all their requirements

The location is ok not far from the natural attraction. Will come back for more. Children were bored because the Tv was not working for the entire stay. I would still come back for more days to experience more. I was only there for two night and my first day was misty.Couldnt use pools and some of the activities in the estate as it was misty on the first day.

Great location for over night and hikes with views. Definitely the upper view of the Threerondavels in the morning is absolutely incredible in the resort. Its very quiet and peaceful location, best place to relax

Went for a ten-day stay and WOW it was good the landscapes were extremely beautiful the staff was the most friendly I have seen yet. The restaurant wasn't very quick but the buffet was great and the pizza range wasn't big but it was super delicious. The rooms were well-sized. But for some unknown reason, the four sleepers don't have a lounge. Sadly there was only a baby pool and a big pool and they were both cold but bearable. But otherwise, the place was super great. I would highly recommend it.

We very much enjoyed the stay. Fantastic environment, great staff. The restaurant was far better than expected - keep in mind this is not Cape Town. We have been here more than 20 years ago, the rondavells were unchanged but the chalets look better than that time. The walks are challenging when it’s hot - it was hot. The ressort grounds are huge, I did 8km joggings (keep the mind of the gradients!) without leaving it. It was pretty calm when we were there, only at the Saturday of our stay plus a bus tour frightened away the sleepiness during the other days. We loved the stay!

Lonely Planet recommended chalets nos 78 - 98 so asked specifically for those, ours no. 98 had fabulous view over the Three Rondavels. As other reviews have said, the accommodation is ‘tired’ but perfectly adequate. Pool was lovely, nice little play area for kids, good restaurant although we only ate there once, resort staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the hikes, they were the reason we went. Amazing views also from the Lowveld Viewpoint.

Lovely place to stay. Great hiking trails that start right in the resort. We stayed in the luxury camping tents and the beds were SO comfy, they even had air con units which helped a lot. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The pool and area was quite large and a great spot overall.
