"An unforgettable stay at Motswari Private Game Reserve. Everything from the accommodation and food to the friendliness of the staff was exceptional. A real highlight was our game drives with Lot and Difference, who were absolutely brilliant. Their knowledge, experience and ability to track wildlife made every drive exciting, and we were incredibly lucky to see the Big Five within our first 24 hours. The food was excellent throughout, with plenty of choice, including great vegetarian options, and the whole team made us feel genuinely welcome. A wide choice of wine was always available. The staff could not do enough. Amazing breakfast and dinner with lovely sundowners whilst out on the game drive. Motswari safari experience completely exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Motswari to anyone considering a safari — an amazing experience from beginning to end."

We had a cultural show which was a truly memorable experience. The staff went out of their way to ensure everything was in order. "Travelling with our grandchildren to visit the panorama rout and wanting to stay seperately (but still together) in a romm, I chose the 'Villa' at the Bambuu Lakeside Lodge. The lodge sits on a dammed lake on a quiet spot between Hazyview and Sabie. The premises are spotless clean, kitchen and service are excellent. A lot of choice on the menu, even during thid off-peak season (not that many guests). Warm welcome by manager and staff. Nice pool. Villa is very spacious and well appointed. Although we felt that an 'entrance door' to the bathroom (beautifully decorated) and to the toilet within would benefit the privacy for the guests."

"Our room was not ready on time and we had to wait to be able to check in. The room itself was very dated and very small. There was an old-fashioned timber cupboard which looked completely out of place in the room . Our bathroom smelt of sewage the whole time. Unlike other places we have stayed in Africa, the staff did not seem to be happy. The bar staff did not appear to be well trained. The dinner buffet was definitely 2 out of 10 none of our group enjoyed their meals all the options available. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices but the hot breakfast items were barely warm. They do not offer a shuttle service into town and it is quite a distance from town so you would need to be happy to spend any spare time at the resort if you stayed here . On the plus side, the grounds were nice the monkeys entertaining and the swimming pool area quite comfortable. The health spa there offers good service with reasonable prices."
