Yam Suf by Isrotel Collection

Lovely hotel, relatively quiet, which for us is great. Not in center of town, and that may be one of the reasons why it felt so relaxed even though the hotel was fully booked. No music in ant if the public areas, hallelujah! Excellent food, varied and fresh. I eat gluten free, friends are vegetarian, meat eaters - there was plenty for each taste. Three pools leave plenty of space for swimmers. Nice lounge beds. And above all - fantastic, attentive service. At reception, dining area, pool. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's definitely very good, and super fun for families. We will certainly return. One note however- the rooms closer to the road are a little noisy, the window is not double glazed. I am also very sensitive to light. There is a heavy curtain, but light seeps in from the side, which bothered me. All in all, highly recommended
Queen of Sheba Eilat

The facility is nice but lacks of details and service you expect from 5* hotel. Rude stuff at breakfast, the guy who turned out to be the manager refused to prepare Soya capuchino claiming they don’t have soya milk. Eventually someone else made the coffee for me, with soya milk… The COVID rules are not really enforced, lots of people without face masks everywhere. The customer is not always right, we had an issue and tried to reach senior customers relations, but all we could have is a shift manager that we were not happy with his attitude, I asked to call me but he explained that this is my right to disagree and if i like I can write an email. Well, for me it’s pretty simple, I pay for 5* cause I want 5* experience and service, I’d rather leave my $€£ else where next time!
Aria
4.5/557 Reviews
First time in Aria, and while it has some good, the overall experience was poor. On the good, rooms were new, comfortable, clean and bed were very comfortable and spacious. Food at dining room was great, and there was a lot of choice. View from the room was great and hotel location is very good. But that's where it ends. Overall theme as a first time guest in Aria was no. No service in hotel facilities (gym, pool side bar, kids club) when you need it, opens late, closes early, and almost never on advertised time. Check-in process was long, cumbersome and staff was short and unpleasant. Hotel maintainance and sanitation is probably the weakest point. Corridors were smelly, very dirty, and broken accessories, wall tiles and really anything were the main design theme. People were smoking and drinking alcohol EVERYWHERE, with zero supervision by hotel staff, very unhealthy and unpleasant even for smokers, not to mention families. Hotel is advertised as luxury, and it does show that an effort was made to be one. Unfortunately, it comes short on many key hospitality aspects, in some even when conpared to 4 star hotel of it's competitores - thus providing very poor value for the price, and light year away from it luxury ambitions.
Dan Eilat Hotel
4.5/563 Reviews
Had a great time at Dan Eilat. I was there with my family for 4 days and have to say the hotel was accommodating, extremely clean, friendly staff and great service. I also hosted the Capital Market Conference there and it was a great success, much due to the amazing hospitality and service provided by the hotel staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues.
Caesar Premier Eilat Hotel
4.4/562 Reviews
The Caesar in Eilat was the most disappointing hotel for me during my 25 days of sightseeing in Israel. From the environment to the facilities and the attitude of the staff, it is completely different from Caesar in Tiberias. The hotel environment is extremely ordinary, completely inconsistent with the level it is marked on, and the room facilities are outdated. The first thing I noticed when I checked in was that the balcony door was broken. I called and asked for repairs. The repairman was very nice but they had to go back and forth several times to get tools and it took more than an hour to fix it. The sound insulation of the hotel is very poor, and the room given seems to be a room on the podium floor, and the corridor is crowded. The breakfast environment is also noisy and the food is not rich. Fortunately, we only booked one night and moved to another hotel nearby the next day.
Herbert Samuel the Reef Eilat
4.3/569 Reviews
PROS: Very clean Very friendly staff Nice location: sea view from the room, quiet an relaxed location far away from all the noise and the crowds of the main hotel area Nice and very clean pool Great breakfast CONS: Parking: small parking lot of only 14 cars of which 3 are handicap spots. There are 3 more spots in front of the main door and if all is full you need to park on a white/blue spot (of which there are plenty) and pay city parking of 25 NIS a day. The beach: they have a pretty large shaded area with beach beds and chairs which is free for the guests but there is no hotel supervision and there are people from other hotels using it and it can get busy. Also there is a kite gliding Center near by and when they are active if you in the water you’re afraid if you get one of those huge kites on your head it will not end well. One afternoon those guys from the kite place decided to have a bbq party under the hotel shaded area and they had a boom box with “music” so loud we had to leave and go to the pool. Nobody from the hotel was there to tell them they are bothering us. Bottom line: we’ll go again. We enjoyed the stay. All the cons above will be nice if they can fix but they were not a deal breaker for us.
