Room service not possible, eventually go get wine at the bar. In the evening we would like to have something to drink for the room, but we could only take something from the vending machine. At the reception they could not or did not want to help us, they referred to the machine.
Fridge in the room was empty, not even water. In room coffee but only 1 cup and no sugar or creamers..

A good base for shopping or for work appoin**ents in the area. Hygiene again leaves much to be desired. Hotel management does not contact after complaint. Very sorry!
