"Got everything you need for a hotel if your planning on being out in the city for most of the time (like they suggest!) Great location right in the centre, 24/7 shop with Pizzas you can cook there and then which is a nice touch. Room was nice. Friendly helpful staff. Would definitely recommend!"

"Svetlozara Sindzhirlieva -- 9m I am already deeply disappointed with this property even before my stay. It turns out they have a hidden policy written in tiny print, stating that guests must pay a deposit twice the total price of the stay – something that was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. When I found out about this, I tried to cancel my reservation and get assistance, but the support team refused to help in any way. They wouldn’t connect me with a manager or anyone capable of making a decision. All I received were generic responses and complete indifference. The fact that they refuse to refund even the small amount I paid for the reservation, despite my stay being two months away, makes me seriously doubt whether they would ever refund such a large deposit. If this is how they treat guests before arrival, I can only imagine what the actual experience would be like. Their slogan says “We host with our heart”, but unfortunately, I haven’t felt any trace of that heart so far. Highly unprofessional, opaque, and disrespectful service. I strongly advise against booking this place."

From the excellent service to the top-notch facilities and the delightful breakfast(especially the fried eggs), every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. The sensory experience with the bathroom amenities was a delightful touch. I was not disturbed by any noise, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the airport. I certainly look forward to returning in the future."

"On May 19, 26, I booked this hotel via Check24 and received an mandatory booking confirmation. On May 27, 26, I was able to book this hotel via Check24. Mai, three days before my arrival, the hotel owner suddenly announced by chat that he could not make the room available to me because he forgave it elsewhere; In the booking site, however, he did not cancel my valid booking. He did not respond to my legitimate request to provide me with a replacement accommodation. Check24 did not respond to my complaints in time. As I saw later on the site, the accommodation is not what you can imagine at Boutique Hotel, but a old villa where the owner rents a few rooms daily. This may be good for many purposes, but for travelers who expect reliable hotel services including reliable compliance with the accommodation contract after a confirmation of booking, I would not recommend the accommodation."

"Nice setting tucked away in the trees. Basically a conference location but rooms are comfortable and clean. A lot of quirky art dotted around. Breakfast was fine, good quality products Good place for an overnight base to explore the surroundings."

"Don’t think to bring family to this hotel. Pathetic a a small word. Reason: I couldn’t even stay for 5-10 Mins in the room due to mismanagement / misalignment between Agoda and the property. As per my initial booking, I have requested a private / non-shared bathroom, but I was provided with a shared bathroom. I was told that Breakfast was included for all guests, but the property took 15 Euros extra as breakfast for my wife was not covered per them. Property guy literally said that they don't care what's in the Agoda booking, but only care what's in their system. The environment was so hostile to stay as I requested non-smoking, but the people were smoking just between reception and entry and also in the same floor where room was given. It's impossible for any decent family to stay in that hotel."
