This is the most satisfying hotel in my trip to Egypt, bar none. Every detail of the hotel is an industry benchmark. When traveling to the Middle East in the future, Adress is my first choice. The staff here are well trained and the service is very good. I had dinner at the restaurant twice, and the tomato soup and dessert left a good impression on me. The sunset in the lobby is beautiful. After leaving the hotel, you can go to the Mediterranean beach, which is a fifteen-minute walk. The breakfast is good, although there are not many varieties, it is more exquisite. Overall very satisfied. The hotel has a parking lot.

I had a great stay but dissapointed when I feel ripped off… I never write a review but felt I needed to make a comment… I accidentally booked the hotel for 1 person not 2.
The hotel states the extra charge fee was 1500 Egyptian pounds but if you book 2 people online and through this website, it’s half that cost….. the excuse the front desk staff member used was that we had to seperate the beds. For a 5 star hotel, that wasn’t an impressive comment. Having come previously from the st Regis hotel, this hotel just lost my repeat purchase. This was more the principal of the matter. Now he also charged me accidentally 1500 usd abs then had to refund that amount - you would really think out of that mistake alone, the front desk attendant would have used initiative to say I’ll drop that fee.

The restaurant was extremely overpriced, and the shisha and tobacco service was very poor. The shisha attendant demanded a tip, and when I declined, he treated me rudely. The following day, his behavior towards me was even worse....this is not acceptable

Spa facility is great and massage is extremely professional and hospitality is really good too. Overall it is a great spa to visit or to have a good treatment. The balinese massage is wow. Staff is helpful. It is clean. Nice indoor pool. Cozy atmosphere

I made a reservation at Sax restaurant for a special dinner celebrating our wedding anniversary, first of all I waited 2 weeks until I received my confirmation. When we arrived the waiters seated us in a table which was near the bar and near all water bottles for around 5 tables. We asked to move our table the hostess came and told us there were no places except at the wall behind the band. We decided to stay at our table, however when other patrons came next to us they complained and they seated them in the best area in front of the band, also about her couple came they also complained and they happily changed their table without even a second though!!! The owners or who ever is running this so called restaurant and the receptionist have no training. I would never come to this place again really bad service and bad tempered waiters DO NOT GO it’s a waste of your money
