Two bathrooms for each gender. Under the mountains for great views. My luggage didn’t get on the plane somehow but the receptionists at the hostel called many times so I got it the next day from rio to el Cheltan. Food was very good at the 24 hour restaurant and people who stay get a discount.

The location is near the entrance to the trail to Lake Kabuli, and the hostel's own bar (note that it does not have its own restaurant) is very affordable to eat. The South American beef dumplings are delicious, but the other fillings are not.

We stayed for 2 nights in an ensuite double. The bed was very comfortable but we had no hot water for 2 days and no one would come and check it. We had to shower in the communal showers and the floor mat in there was so mouldy and it stank. The wifi wouldn’t work in our room so we’d have to go and sit on the stairs in the hall to use it. The restaurant is fine and always busy. Food and service were average. The location to the start of the walks is excellent though and an easy walk along the Main Street to other restaurants and bars. The bar attached is excellent though and their happy hour prices were super cheap.

The staff was super friendly and overall the place is great for travelers. The WiFi is a little slow but if you take into account that most of the stay is outside, it doesn't affect much. I highly recommend it

Definitely seems like a restaurant that happens to have accommodation upstairs. Very noisy. But is probably the best available in El Chalten.

The hostel is well located and the staff is attentive. Large lockers, but I found the structure a little old and the beds uncomfortable. Good heating. The bathrooms are outside the room, there was hot water but I found the cleanliness a little precarious. Restaurant available 24 hours, breakfast not included.

We loved this place, right at the foot of the mountain walking trails. The 24-hour restaurant is fantastic: lots of choice and everything is good. The hotel also has a ubar with real cocktails. Great a**osphere too!
