Staff is great. Owner owes me money I borrowed him and his resort it’s now March still has not paid me back even though he called me family. Pretty disappointing and ruined my memories. Was sending people there I no longer am Reviews like this will continue until he finds the money to etransfer me my money I am owed that I hand him saying in text he would. Not cool because it ruined my trip memories

Hello, it was the most beautiful hotel in Dominicana (comparing price vs. location/services). Very friendly staff and helpful owner Dimitri! The hotel is right on the beach, few steps from one the best public beaches in the world. We stayed there one month over the Christmas/NYE and definitelly wanna come back, we miss it...Thanks for everything, Martin & Sabina

Las instalaciones son muy seguras, al dormir solo escuchas el sonido relajante de la playa, las camas son muy cómodas, la habitación siempre aseada, tienes asistencia las 24 horas del día. Busca a las personas indicadas: Si quieres calidad y sentirte a gusto con el servicio al cliente debes buscar a Clarence en recepción, siempre atento, a la orden para solucionar, acompañarte y ayudarte en todo momento con una sonrisa en su rostro. Desde tu entrada hasta tu salida Francisco te mantendrá a salvó, brindará sus recomendaciones, seguro, siempre está al pendiente de todo lo que sucede y es muy amable, te aseguro que te recibirá con muy lindo ánimo, puedes contar con él. En la cocina debes buscar a Pedro, fue quien me cocinó durante mi estadía, este chico casi no habla español pero hace la comida con mucho amor y dedicación, cuidando todos los detalles y brindandote lo que se ajuste más a tus necesidades con los recursos que tenga en la cocina, realmente quedé impresionada con este chico, se le nota sus ganas de trabajar.

Personale giovani e disponibili a chiunque esigenza, ci siamo trovati bene .anche se abbiamo qualche disguido lo abbiamo chiarito,la tempestività a risolvere un problema mi è molto piaciuto, la simpatia de Clarence e davvero travolgente, la mia camera sempre pulita sono stata per tre settimane ,tranne un giorno che poi mi sono rivolta al personale che hanno subito risolto il problema, il bello è la posizione, con una piccola spiaggia privata con lettini e ombrelloni e servizio ovunque si volessi, camera,spiaggia o terrazzino,zona molto tranquilla, vicino ci sono ristoranti e un piccola frazione di Bavaro,ci sono negozi di souvenir, a pochi passi della fermata del pullman urbano.la colazione abbastanza buona, lo consiglio perché chi lo gestisce adesso sono due ragazzi giovani con molto voglia di lavorare ma allo stesso tempo aggiungo che hanno tanto di imparare .comunque vi ringrazio per il giorno della tempesta tropicale Franklin che la avete gestito a 5 stelle.

I spent 5 nights at this hotel with my little girl and it was awesome. The staff is amazing. I personally felt like I was staying with family the entire time. The lights went out on the first night for about 4 hours-this is normal in DR, it happens. Clarence went out of his way to make sure me and my daughter were good the entire time. He sat with me on my balcony to wait it out a bit then just put me in another room to wait it out so we could sleep. When the lights came back he came and got us! Breakfast is included and it’s delicious! I read other reviews talking negatively about the food and they were way off. The view to eat breakfast is breathtaking. I was there during Tropical Storm Franklin and was confined to my room for my last two days. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us. Food was so excellent—breakfast, lunch and dinner was brought to your room. & the best part —my VERY favorite part—they put you in a group text on what’s app after you check in with all the on site staff so you have direct contact with them. So when the lights went out, for example, I texted there and they kept me updated. I honestly love this hotel & can’t wait to return!

El hotel lleno de goteras y nos dieron una cama en lugar de dos que era lo que habíamos pedido. Para colmo el desayuno (incluido) era bastante pobre y tardaron 1 hora en servirlo. Lo único bueno era que tenía parking. También había goteras en la habitación que caían en la cama.

I had a wonderful long stay at The Greek in July and August. As posted in other reviews the food is fantastic. Not only the taste and variety but the presentation. Alcohol is of good quality and nicely chilled. I highly recommend taking the all-inclusive option. The staff are very friendly and helpful. When I arrived I put in a request for some additional furniture in my room and before I knew it the pieces were there. Staff also give a personal touch when it comes to putting together tours, excursions, stays in other towns or simply finding good inexpensive local transportation to malls, etc. The sea in front of the hotel is beautiful turquoise and you can catch beautiful sunrises there. The location is walking distance to many of the popular restaurants, bars, and for me yoga and a good gym.

Di solito siamo persone che si adattano ma in questa struttura abbiamo dovuto fare un discreto sforzo. Nonostante la prenotazione, quando siamo arrivati non avevano stanze libere. Sono stati abbastanza bravi e ci hanno fatto passare la notte nell'hotel vicino. Ci hanno poi sistemato in una piccolissima stanza, senza TV e con poco spazio per girarsi. Per 2 giorni siamo stati svegliati alle 7 da un martello pneumatico in cortile. Poi ci hanno spostato in una stanza senza cassaforte, senza chiave di accesso con la porta apribile con codice non modificabile (il numero della stanza, alla faccia della sicurezza) Infine, il giorno prima di partire siamo rimasti per 5 ore senza acqua nel resort.
