H10 Ocean Suites

Amazing hotel, our whole stay was fantastic, great pools and right in the centre! Would recommend

Just back from ocean suites great hotel lovely atmosphere, staff look after you brilliantly, room are quite modern lots of storage for a family food is 1 of the best all inclusive I have had, drinks are the really McCoy none of the local spirits, and entertainment staff are spot on, was made to feel welcome wherever we went, always a smile and a greeting off all from reception, to dining room, to room maids, my only thing that stopped me giving a 5 is in my opinion water should be free throughout everyone needs water, we were half board and had to buy a bottle at evening meal, it was free round pool to everyone, so why not it in dining room, but that aside you can't go wrong with this hotel

Just back today after 10 nights stay and can say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Issue at the start of the holiday was sorted quickly by Glenn Weimann and the two lovely ladies in the customer relationship team -thank you for everything and room 326 which was everything we had hoped for. Thanks for the bottle of cava and chocolates and nice card from the manager wishing my fiancées birthday-was a nice touch. What made this hotel was all staff from cleaning staff,waiting staff were all polite ,friendly and made you welcome!! Callout to Renaldo in La Duna bar -excellent barman -prepared drinks with a passion -excellent cocktails and even on Bacardi-lemon squeezed round the rim the way it should be -other staff should take tips from renaldo !! We always went to the quiet top pool and really enjoyed it as always sunbeds available although cards were left on sunbed hoggers beds by public relations team-i would see my previous post St georges hotel where they have an allocated sunbed and brolly system allocated to you for the whole holiday which worked excellently and on arrival if you didnt like where you were the team would show you any beds available and this saved sunbed hogging as you had these beds the whole holiday-works brilliantly!! Food was really good and fresh and we loved the snack bar where everything was cooked freshly and not buffet Main restaurant was great and always plenty of options but we did eat out a couple of times but the hotel is great All in all thank you H10 ocean suites for an excellent holiday and thanks to all the staff that made it for us

Great hotel all staff amazing couldn’t do enough for you especially Ranoldo who worked the bar nothing was too much trouble. Food in the restaurant was varied and tasty. Rooms were cleaned everyday. We had a room overlooking the pool in block 3 the bed was comfy and the pillows were soft and fluffy. Only thing I would say is the furniture in the rooms could do with updating. Staff were very quick to remove towels on sun beds by the pool and aqua aerobics and paddle board yoga were very popular. Overall a great hotel and will definitely be returning.
