J'ai réservé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel qui se trouve à proximité de l aéroport. L hôtel ne paye pas de mine mais première impression sa va. Dans le hall des fauteuils et canapés et les personnes s y allongent comme à la maison . Clientèle essentiellement masculine... A priori hôtel qui jouxte une clinique et les patients séjournent dans l hôtel c'est un hôtel et une clinique en même temps Petit déjeuner a 25 dinars c'est assez cher mais vous aurez un café dégueulasse du pain beurre pas de jus .. confiture périmée. Mais le clou de la surprise c'est la chambre avant de rentrer dans le lit je contrôle et j ai bien fait des tâches jaunes des poils des cheveux hyper crad regardez les images. J ai change de chambre dans la nuit très tard .. c est vétusté pas un 4 étoiles... Nous n avons pas fermé les yeux. Aucun geste commercial de la part de la direction au courant de ce qui m est arrivé

We had booked a triple room instead just arrived we received a up grade in small suites ! Very gentle!! Room with double bed, kitchen room and bed sofa and bathroom in modern style. I felt home.The place is very clean, quiet and comfortable. We asked for the missing covers for the bed sofa and immediately served us with coats and covers just out of the washing machine. It is a pity that there is no restaurant that serves for dinner, because there are no fast food or restaurants with local kitchen, but only a room next to the hotel Maia that serves coffee and sandwich/sweet sandwiches. We went down for breakfast the morning and I must say that the whole thing was delicious, especially fresh bean juice and bread. We stayed for a night all in quiet ... Hotel Maia is excellent price and pleasant stay. The only negative side is the lack of availability of dinner in hotels and the distance from the center of the capital for the rest is all excellent!

We were there for our friends wedding, the room is spacious but there were smells in the bathroom as well as black spots in the shower from mold. The food was good.

She went beyond the expectations and exceeded it specially when we shared our food feed back. The fact that people care about your feed back and go the extra mile to fix its something we dont see often in tunisia. Keep it up and soon you will be number one in town !

Upon my initial check-in at the hotel, I was met with a reception that I found to be disappointing and quite cold, which was uncharacteristic of the 4 or 5-star reputation the establishment is known for. The service staff at the front desk failed to deliver the warm welcome and professional service that one would typically anticipate from a hotel of such high standing. In spite of the initial letdown, the hotel quickly turned the situation around and demonstrated impeccable damage control and service recovery, following a letter of complaint I sent to the management expressing my dissatisfaction. I must particularly commend the hotel's Operations Manager and Room Supervisor, who provided highly accommodating and service-oriented attention. Their efforts transformed my initial reservations into a positive outlook towards the hotel. I am grateful for their exceptional service orientation and would recommend this hotel to others based on this stellar recovery.

👌A 5-star hotel less than 10 minutes' drive from Tunis Airport. Before leaving Tunis, I had a meal here. My friends said that this was probably the best meal of the whole trip. In a nutshell~ 🌳The buffet has couscous, but spinach lasagna is my favorite, and there are several kinds of lamb. 🌸The cantaloupe here is so delicious that one person can finish two whole plates (we came at the end of April, not sure if it is in season) ☘️The hotel's facilities and design are also relatively new, good reviews
