Outstanding stay here at Adlao. We booked because of the “free” sunset cruise which was not offered because the boat was on maintenance the day we checked in. We were feeling down but the staff was enormous helpful and offered a private snorkelling tour with sunset in the floating pool. They really understood our point and made the stay awesome. They even decorated the room for my girlfriends birthday. We would 100% recommend. Try the French toast at breakfast - it is heaven.

Balai Adlao is in a good location in LIO Beach. Rooms are pretty standard, clean, cozy and quiet.The restaurant is okay for breakfast but they only serve instant coffee which is a big turn off. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, ATMs and a *****tore nearby. The hotel does provide transport to and from the airport. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Close to Lio Airport. Really good service. All their staff are helpful specially their receptionist whose very patient with all our request regardless of how many times we changed our plans.
Rooms are spacious however requires a bit of Maintenance some corners of the room are chipping.
Dining are are only open on breakfast, but lunch and dinner menu are coming soon as per their staff.
Overall enjoyed our stayed and will definitely stay again.

Les points positifs : Un personnel incroyablement gentil et toujours souriant Une plage magnifique très proche avec toutes les commodités Des excursions en bateau Les points négatifs Le petit déjeuner Surtout on nous a donné une chambre à deux mètres de travaux avec des ouvriers avec vue directe sur la chambre. Après discussion on nous a changé de chambre mais avec vue sur la terrasse du restaurant. Pas top

Wir gaben 120€ die Nacht bezahlt! Wir haben als erstes das Zimmer gewechselt weil der Blick direkt zur Baustelle nebenan führte. Das nächste Zimmer: Safe verschlossen, gelbe Handtücher, duschbrause locker, es tropft unter dem Wasserhahn, früh keine Wasser, am Frühstücksbuffet vieles leer und kalt.Das WiFi funktionierte mehre Stunden nicht.Der Pool im Meer war nicht da. Alles echt schade- viel zu teuer

Ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem in 15 min in El Nido „Downtown“. Alles neu, großzügig und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Zum Strand 100 m. Viele kleine Hotels und Restaurants hier. Das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam, sie sprechen gut englisch

A memorable and relaxing but fun filled vacation. I love the sunset cruise and the floating swimming pool. You can order food from Molave Restaurant and Nokki and Vlood will take care of your safe trip. I admire the staff all friendly and exciting to see us back. I miss El Nido already. And will be back Balai Adlao soon.

Everything is good, from food, facilities and staffs are very accomodating. The place was absolutely amazing especially it was near the beach front. Due to the bad weather during our stay, they never failed to look after our needs and helping to re booking our flight.
