"The most memorable travel moments aren't always the prettiest. Sometimes it's the difficult times when someone steps in to help. We had an issue with our booking, but the front desk handled everything with great kindness. Resolving it right upon arrival was enough to get us off to a good start. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable, and we were already looking forward to the next day. Breakfast was generous. We chose croissants and overnight oats with a sea view, and that made everything even better. The hotel recommended an island hopping tour. We waited for the guide directly in the lobby, which was very convenient. The beach was just a few minutes' walk to board the boat, and being able to go straight back to our room to change was a huge plus. In the evening, the front desk suggested a few restaurants. We went to one of them and really enjoyed it. We had less and less desire to leave. See you next time!"

"I stayed at Z Garden Hotel between 28th Nov and 1st Dec. My stay was absolutely amazing. I arrived on an early morning flight, and despite check in being from 3pm, Remy re assured me that they will do their best to accommodate me within a short time. I left my luggage with reception and went to have some breakfast. By the time I returned my room was prepared and I was blown away at the hospitality of the staff as Remy realised upon check in that it was my birthday a few days before and the staff prepared my room with balloons and decor which left me speechless. The staff at the hotel really epitomise the hospitality and kindness of the people of Philippines. Every day my room would be left spotless and as a solo traveller it had everything I could have needed. Modern, stylish room and the bed was so comfortable. I generally struggle to sleep in Hotels but the bed was really comfortable and a warm space to relax. I was greeted by every staff member that passed by from the reception team, to housekeeping to the security guard at night. Any advice I needed or transport arranged, Remy took absolute care of everything as though I was her own guest and it really leaves a beautiful memory of my travels. It is in a brilliant location, in a quiet relaxing space just a short distance away from the lively scene of El Nido. I hope to return to El Nido in future with my family and without hesitation I will choose to stay at Z Garden Hotel again. Thank you Remy and the entire team for making it a memorable experience and I hope to see you all very soon!"

"It’s a great place, although the tour selling staff wakes you up by their inability to speak softly at the beach front bungalows, wifi is a 2/10 but tge bed is comfortable and the shower is hot. The staff are generally very friendly and polite but the beach bbq isn’t great, most meats and the fish is mostly burnt"

Upon check-in, due to availability of a better room category, the hotel staff offered to upgrade my room at no extra charge. My impressions were only pleasant and positive; I will definitely choose this hotel next time I visit El Nido. I wish the guys continued growth, prosperity, and more wonderful guests. 🥰☺️🫰🏼"

"I booked this hotel as a stop over in El Nido before starting an island hopping tour. It was conveniently situated opposite the office of the island hopping tour company! The hotel is very peaceful and the room was huge. It is surrounded by jungle area on the beach so there are mosquitoes. However, citronella spray and other various repellents were provided. I usually get eaten by mosquitos but did not have a problem here! The restaurant and bar is located on the beach so it is very relaxing."

"Staff: there is an old lady who was so rude. Please don't approach anything. You find nothing, only attitude. Breakfast: very simple. Change minds to Those who expect a lot of food. Room and amenities: not satisfied. Dusty inside. And mosquitos. Even water is always dirty and was discontinued during our stay. Dont expect for any late check-out it's not in their dictionary. If need, you have to pay php 5000+. Location: this is the only one positive side. Nice location. If you have no option, please take the upstairs room. For a better and peaceful view. But don't mind the noise from the nearby vehicle horn. Just close your ear and watch the scenery."

"This is a fantastic resort as long as you don't mind the solitude as it is in the middle of nowhere, no bars, no restaurants, and no shops, only what the resort offers. On saying that, the place has a touch of paradise about it, beautiful sandy beaches, crystal clear water, coconut trees, banana trees, and wide open spaces. If you're a diver, like me, there is a dive centre at Sibiltan they took me to the Manta cleaning stations where I was lucky enough to see 2 mantas close enough to touch them, not that I did of course."
