Terrible hotel! I don't recommend it! Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms and the Internet cannot be received from the phone either. The air conditioner worked at full capacity, but did not cool. I had to say several times to bring water. The pool is only clean in the morning.
Good breakfasts and beautiful area. This is all. Not worth your money

The facilities are very clean, the staff is very friendly, in short everything is very good.
The only downside was the WiFi wasn't working well and the shower didn't come out with hot water all the time.
But ultimately we are doing very well. It's not cheap but the stay is optimal

The hotel is located right in a picturesque bay, from where you can take excursions. The view from the hotel is wonderful. The sea is not suitable for swimming. Too cloudy and rocky. But you can try.
In general, the hotel wins due to its appearance.
The service is simply terrible.
They don't help with anything. From the word absolutely. They forgot to give us a welcome drink. We asked, only then they gave it.
We asked for a razor in the room - they also refused. No type.
The room was not cleaned. They cited the fact that we didn’t put a sign on the door saying “clean up my room.” No compliments on your birthday either. And they pretend that they don’t understand anything.
The billiard is broken. Cue everyone too. Even the elastic bands on the cues are torn.
You can't open your eyes in the pool - the water is very hot from the chemicals.
The service here is terrible!
And we’re happy with our vacation no matter what)

This is an amazing hotel in El Nido. They checked us in 2 hours early - thank you.
Upon check-in, we were treated to cool drinks. Helped with suitcases.
The room itself is large, overlooking the sea - it's amazing.
The bed linen is clean, the plumbing is superb. Everything was clean in the room. Cleaning is daily, but for some reason they took away the towels and did not give new towels. I had to go to the reception and ask for them.
Breakfast is very good. There is a gym and swimming pool on site. Beach towels are provided.
The location is excellent, not noisy. Wi-Fi is consistently good even in the room. The air conditioner operates without noise.
