Stayed at this hotel for three nights. The hotel is definitely worth the money. The owner of the hotel is Dutch, simply an amazing person. He personally helped us with organizing an excursion to the sea, called and they brought us a bike to rent, ordered us a transfer for the return trip, and even changed our dollars. In short, if you come to this hotel, you do not need to resolve any organizational issues, everything will be provided to you at the hotel.
The rooms are very spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast. Portioned, but to choose from. Be sure to have dinner at the hotel, the chef cooks delicious food.
There is one minus, the hotel is located on the road and all the rooms face the road, which makes it quite noisy at night. But the worst thing for me was not the cars, but the dogs and roosters that crowed around the clock. But, if you don’t have problems falling asleep, then you definitely won’t be disappointed.

We loved our stay at Mansion Buenavista!. The staff is mazing and Mimi always went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. The Owner Noud was incredible. Highly recommend staying at this hotel. We even considered canceling our reservation at our next fancy beach resort so we could stay at here instead. We will definitely return.

We have a friendly Dutch owner and friendly staff. The breakfast was so delicious and the room was clean. It was nice that it was 5 minutes away from downtown El Nido.

Buenavista Mansion is a recently renovated teak building with pretty much all the facilities we could expect. The owner, Nouk, was great and clearly enthusiastic about his guesthouse. Throughout our stay, he helped with tours, tickets, and more.
The main negative is that it's very close to the main road , so it's a bit noisy in the rooms.

My family stayed at Mansion Buenavista for 3 nights and we had a great time. The communication prior to this stay was fabulous and the owner Noud replied to every email within hours. Transportation was arranged seamlessly. The rooms were simple, clean, and spacious. The staff were so welcoming and kind. The whole establishment had a family feel. The breakfasts were delicious with generous portions and several options. The mango pancakes were unlike anything I have ever had in my life! The location was also perfect! We were walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and shops. It was nice to be a few minutes away from the main streets because it was quieter and more peaceful. I have nothing negative to say about this property, and it should be a no-brainer to book.
