One El Nido Suite

Nice hotel, spacious rooms, sea view, beautiful sunsets, polite staff. Vanilla beach is about 10 minutes by bike, but there is a market nearby

I really liked the hotel. At first I booked for 3 days, then extended it for the same amount. The appearance is somewhat intimidating, but appearances are deceiving. Spacious. 20 rooms on one floor and 20 on the top. The hall and both floors of the rooms are under a transparent roof, and at the same time the space is air-conditioned. Very comfortable. Restaurant on the roof, good view, also cozy. We only had breakfast and didn't leave hungry. A buffet of approximately the same dishes and several types of fruit. I bought pineapples at the market; the ones at the hotel were much tastier. The chef makes the most of the possibilities. In the room: panoramic windows on the entire wall, you can see the bay and palm trees, and coconuts on a palm tree, and some strange house nearby, and the central access road. The view is good, but not great. We also gave out the maximum of the possibilities. Conder is GREAT. Quiet, adjustable, cool. Thank you for not saving. The room is spacious. Cosy. The beds are great. Wide, soft, comfortable. Telchik (never turned on), mini refrigerator, huge shelf for things, closet with safe. They didn’t deal with him, he was yelling for some reason, but didn’t even bother going to the reception. In the shower - also quite enough for 3 stars.. The staff is always doing something. Water trucks often stand and fill tanks on the roof. Most likely for showers Bottom line: I can’t formulate any complaints other than the cost. Definitely above four

Not a bad hotel. The rooms are quite clean, although the windows in the room were very dirty. Breakfast is acceptable, but the cleanliness of the kitchen leaves much to be desired. The staff is smiling. The disadvantages that we encountered are that 1. They didn’t want to check us in because the air conditioning didn’t work, it’s somehow strange that it’s better to sit on your suitcases in the hall))) But we still asked to at least leave our things. 2. At the reception there is an announcement that the hotel provides laundry services, but when we contacted us they told us that there is no such service. I don’t understand if you don’t provide this service, why write about it? 3. Upon check-in, we were given a login and password for Wi-Fi, when we arrived in the room we decided to connect, yes, we connected to Wi-Fi, but Wi-Fi does not have access to the Internet, we went down to the reception again, the employee confirmed to us that they do not have internet access. Again we have a question, why do you give the Wi-Fi password if you don’t have Internet?
