Отель очень понравился. Сперва забронировал 3 дня, потом продлил ещё на столько же.
Внешний вид несколько пугает, но внешность обманчива.
Просторный. 20 номеров на одном этаже и 20 на верхнем.
Холл, и оба этажа номеров - под прозрачной кровлей, и в тоже время пространство кондиционируется. Очень комфортном.
Ресторан на крыше, хороший вид, тоже уютно.
У нас были только завтраки, голодными не уходили. Шведский стол из примерно одинаковых блюд и нескольких видов фруктов. Я покупал ананасы на рынке, в отеле были намного вкуснее. Шеф-повар выжимает максимум из возможностей.
В номере: панорамные окна во всю стену, видны бухта и пальмы, и кокосы на пальме, и какой то странный дом рядом, и центральная подъездная дорога. Вид - хороший, но не ах. Также выдали максимум из возможностей.
Кондёр -это ПРЕКРАСНО. Не шумит, регулируется, охлаждает. Спасибо, что не сэкономили.
Номер просторный.
Уютно.
Кровати отличные. Широкие, мягкие, комфортные. Тельчик (не включали ни разу), мини холодильник, огромная полка для вещей, шкаф с сейфом. С ним не разобрались, он орал почему то, но даже не стал идти на ресепшн.
В душевой - тоже вполне для 3х звёзд..
Персонал всё время чего то делает.
Часто стоят водовозки и заправляют баки на крыше. Скорее всего для душей
Итог: нареканий кроме на стоимость сформулировать не могу.

Неплохой отель. В номерах достаточно чисто, правда окна в комнате были очень грязные. Завтрак приемлемый, но чистота кухни оставляет желать лучшего. Персонал улыбчивый. С минусами которыми мы столкнулись это то, что
1. Нас не хотели заселять так как не работало кондиционирование, как-то странно типо лучше сидите на чемоданах в холле))) Но мы все таки попросили хотя бы оставить вещи.
2. На ресепшене стоит объявление, о том что отель оказывает услуги прачечной, по факту когда обратились нам сказали, что такой услуги нет. Я не понимаю если Вы не оказываете данную услугу зачем об этом писать?
3. При заселении нам дали логин и пароль от Wi-Fi , придя в номер мы решили подключиться, да к Wi-Fi мы подключились, но у Wi-Fi нет доступа к интернету, опять спустились на ресепшен, сотрудник нам подтвердила, что у них нет доступа в интернет. Опять у нас возник вопрос, зачем вы даете пароль от Wi-Fi, если у вас нет интернета?

It was fine for an overnight stay. Breakfast was reasonable here with tea/coffee, pastries. The front desk was not the friendliest of people & I was charged 800php for a lost key card , which I thought was pretty steep. Location was quite good as we wanted to be close to Tao Expeditions. The driver that picked us up from hotel did not help us with luggage at all, we dragged it through bumpy /rocky roads from airport to carpark and then to the hotel. Didn’t offer or lift a finger to help. But it had a great view from the breakfast roof top.

This place is really awesome for a three star hotel in Filipino standards. The breakfast is wonderful with some changes every day rooms are spacious enough and clean hotel. Staff are very helpful. Location is good and it’s a great value.

The place looks exactly as advertised. Clean room, beddings, lobby and dining area. Breakfast is good too. Rooms are cleaned , organized daily with bottled water replenished daily. There's a water dispenser at the hallway & lobby. Also there are free massage chairs, which is a plus .
Staff are very helpful always wearing a smile.
Highly recommend One El Nido Suite.

Exceptional hotel. Breakfast are fantastic. Staff are approachable and helpful. One thing i like to this hotel there are free massage chair which so cool.

Simple hotel with very good location, just besides the van stop to El Nido and there is the BPI ATM just downstairs in the same building with a guard. The hotel starts at the 3rd floor and there is a big common area with sofas where there is the reception, where people sit to take advantage of the wifi and work on the laptop. The rooms on the third floor face directly the common area, creating an informal environment. The rooms are very basic but spacious and clean enough. Buffet breakfast on the rooftop. Would recommend the hotel for those who look for an informal and simple stay.
