Not a bad hotel. The rooms are quite clean, although the windows in the room were very dirty. Breakfast is acceptable, but the cleanliness of the kitchen leaves much to be desired. The staff is smiling. The disadvantages that we encountered are that
1. They didn’t want to check us in because the air conditioning didn’t work, it’s somehow strange that it’s better to sit on your suitcases in the hall))) But we still asked to at least leave our things.
2. At the reception there is an announcement that the hotel provides laundry services, but when we contacted us they told us that there is no such service. I don’t understand if you don’t provide this service, why write about it?
3. Upon check-in, we were given a login and password for Wi-Fi, when we arrived in the room we decided to connect, yes, we connected to Wi-Fi, but Wi-Fi does not have access to the Internet, we went down to the reception again, the employee confirmed to us that they do not have internet access. Again we have a question, why do you give the Wi-Fi password if you don’t have Internet?

It was fine for an overnight stay. Breakfast was reasonable here with tea/coffee, pastries. The front desk was not the friendliest of people & I was charged 800php for a lost key card , which I thought was pretty steep. Location was quite good as we wanted to be close to Tao Expeditions. The driver that picked us up from hotel did not help us with luggage at all, we dragged it through bumpy /rocky roads from airport to carpark and then to the hotel. Didn’t offer or lift a finger to help. But it had a great view from the breakfast roof top.

This place is really awesome for a three star hotel in Filipino standards. The breakfast is wonderful with some changes every day rooms are spacious enough and clean hotel. Staff are very helpful. Location is good and it’s a great value.

The place looks exactly as advertised. Clean room, beddings, lobby and dining area. Breakfast is good too. Rooms are cleaned , organized daily with bottled water replenished daily. There's a water dispenser at the hallway & lobby. Also there are free massage chairs, which is a plus .
Staff are very helpful always wearing a smile.
Highly recommend One El Nido Suite.

Exceptional hotel. Breakfast are fantastic. Staff are approachable and helpful. One thing i like to this hotel there are free massage chair which so cool.

Simple hotel with very good location, just besides the van stop to El Nido and there is the BPI ATM just downstairs in the same building with a guard. The hotel starts at the 3rd floor and there is a big common area with sofas where there is the reception, where people sit to take advantage of the wifi and work on the laptop. The rooms on the third floor face directly the common area, creating an informal environment. The rooms are very basic but spacious and clean enough. Buffet breakfast on the rooftop. Would recommend the hotel for those who look for an informal and simple stay.

Located in Korong Korong near the shore. You can rent a kayak for 500 pesos and sail around the bays of Papaya Beach, Lapu Lapu, 7 Commandos, and boats with tours also depart. You can walk to Vanilla Beach in the morning while the tide is low, walk about 30 minutes. Breakfast buffet: scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, rice, potatoes, herbs, toast, jam, fruit. There is no Euro socket in the room, there were no adapters left at the reception, we had to charge it in the lobby.
