The hotel served its purpose however since bathrooms are shared wish there was more safety involved. Me and my sister stayed here and were showering in the shared bathroom and a group of men noticed we were showering and sat chairs in front of the bathroom entrance with loud music seeing if they could catch a glimpse of us coming out of the shower. We both changed inside of the shower but it was very unsettling and we felt very uncomfortable and unsafe.

it was so loud and close to the aprty the area and they wont tell you ,also they gave me hard time getting more than one towel

The cleanliness and facilities were excellent. The location of the hotel is fabulous if you want to stay a few meters from El Tunco beach. You should ask about vehicle space beforehand because it is limited and they may assign you to a nearby one. Breakfast is not included, but there are several good and accessible restaurant options in the area.

It is not clear in the description that several rooms have a shared bathroom, the next day we paid the difference and we did not change to a suite with a private bathroom which was very comfortable versus the one with a shared bathroom. The reception is not 24 hours, they open at 11 am.
Excellent location and good facilities near the beach, restaurants, shops and bars

I loved Hotel Zelen! Staff was super friendly and accomodating. I'm not even kidding the walk to the beach was like one minute and the shopping area is like maybe a two or three minute walk.

The place i stayed over exceeded what my expectations were. I really just need a place to crash after a night of drinking. It was safe, and very close to where i was. I will be going back to that place next year.

Very good location, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and all the nightlife. We felt very safe when walking around at night. The property is clean and well maintained, we enjoyed our stay.
