The hygiene is average, and there are debris such as water plants and hair in the bathtub. The hotel tries hard to give you a sense of luxury, but the most basic hygiene is problematic.

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! From Mahmud pickinng us up from the car in the golf cart, to being warmly welcomed by everyone, AMAZING breakfast with Ruth and the house cat Nhonhos, prestine pool and lounge areas! Cecile also warmly welcomed us to our room, which was so perfect we did not want to leave; very spacious and beuatiful private pool with a view. The pool side bar also served one of the best drinks we ever had. We only spent 2 nights there, but we are already looking forward to comming back next year!

From the moment you arrive, you immediately feel like a VIP. The location is fabulous. The staff are amazing. We upgraded to a swim up suite. Worth it. Yes, the water is cold- but it's lovely to dip in and chill. Excellent food and drink. Thank you for making our anniversary so special. The walk down into Tsvili is not too bad. Plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops. We ventured out daily. The walk back is a good workout.

When we arrived the staff greeted us with an amazing service, very personable. They helped with anything from tour attractions to restaurant suggestions. The room was clean, specious and minimalist which made our stay more than comfortable. The toilet flush broke during our stay and immediately someone came it was fixed within the hour. These things happen it never spoiled our stay. The gym was well equipped and swimming pool was clean and heated, staff were always about to bring refreshments. There was no faults in the breakfast although I still don’t understand what a Harry Potter black tea is. Thank you for our gift and memories never to forget.

Such a beautiful hotel, was everything and more that we wanted for our 10 day relaxing holiday. The hotel is very clean, peaceful and relaxing. The staff exceptional I really can’t stress that enough. We had only breakfast at the hotel and have to say it was beautiful, lots to choose from and very tasty. The pool bar has pretty much everything you want, and if there’s a cocktail you’d like that’s not on the menu they’re only more than happy to make it for you. Will definitely be back again.

Fantastic holiday experience from arrival until leaving 11 days 10 night later, staying in suite 304. The staff are amazing taking care of you every minute of your stay. Nothing is too much trouble. Location is up a steep hill which gives great views across the town below and lovely views of the sea. Very good a la carte restaurant and the portion size will be enough for the biggest appetite (we asked for smaller portions which was not a problem). Plenty of lovely wines and help pairing them with your food . Lots of choice at breakfast too. The hotel is very eco friendly and the rooms include the biggest, most comfortable bed we have had on holiday. We felt totally relaxed and chilled during our stay. A perfect way to celebrate any special occasion, but we won't need an excuse to return. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you to everyone at the Zanre Maris Suites. See you again in the future

We stayed in July 2023 and thought I had already done a review sorry!! We had the best time here and the staff were fantastic and always very sad to leave . I seem to have lost all of the names I wanted to mention but all staff were fantastic. We had a small issue to start with but was soon sorted out and we were enjoying ourselves that much we extended another week which was a much needed break.
