Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questo residence prenotando tramite agenzia. La posizione è fantastica e la vista sul mare anche. Peccato che per raggiungere il mare bisogna affrontare una discesa su scogli scivolosi e pericolanti e che per uscire dall’acqua ci si deve aiutare con una fune perché gli scogli sono davvero pericolosi. Per raggiungere il residence la strada è molto stretta e non accessibile a tutti i tipi di auto, se si incontra un’auto in direzione opposta è un caos fare manovra poiché la strada è larga a malapena per far passare una singola auto. Dal parcheggio all’appartamento ci sono circa 70 gradini, sicuramente poco agevole con valigie pesanti o bimbi piccoli. Non c’è nulla a Nisporto quindi per i servizi bisogna muoversi per forza in macchina. L’appartamento dove abbiamo soggiornato ha sicuramente bisogno di manutenzione poiché tutte le ante della cucina sono malmesse, il frigorifero fatica a chiudersi e c’è un’umidità incredibile… la notte le lenzuola erano bagnate. Che dire molto bello dall’esterno, sicuramente bei tramonti e vista mozzafiato ma i servizi sono scarsi e l’accesso al mare quasi impossibile. Cortese il custode Gigi.

Posto meraviglioso, forse un pochino complicato da raggiungere, ma ci si abitua. Appartamento pulito con vista mare e tramonto assicurate, silenzioso, rilassante . Accesso al mare fantastico. Ti permette con la macchina di vedere Elba e rilassarti al contempo.

posto da sogno peccato che per arrivarci serva una vettura piccola e non è stato segnalato al momento della prenotazione, inoltre aveva detto che c'era l'accesso al mare invece non esiste accesso al mare, la scalinata è interrotta, quindi vedi il mare ma non lo puoi toccare, prezzi eccessivi ,ti devi anche fare il letto, biancheria piazzata in mano , sconsigliato

Un posto da favola monolocale con soppalco, tutto a picco sul mare ,mangiando con il tramonto,bevendo prosecco, e poi dopo scalinata e bagno, semplicemente fantastico,i miei due cani con giardino e bagno a qualsiasi ora queste sono vere vacanze voto dieci e lode!!! complimenti!

Cota Quinta ist eine Traumanlage die sich herrlich an den Berg schmiegt . Auf mehreren Ebenen sind die komfortablen Wohneinheiten perfekt aufgeteilt und man hat Privatsphäre und einen herrlich Blick aufs Meer! Man kann jeden Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse geniessen und das Appartement war sehr groß und angenehm ausgestattet! Dank einer Klimaanlage hat es auch Spass gemacht die Zeit im Appartement zu nutzen! Zwei Zugänge zum Meer die zwar über Felsen führen aber herrlich schön zum schnorcheln ! Zweisamkeit und Ruhe gesucht und in Cota Quinta gefunden! So ruhig gelegen dass man die Fauna und herrliche Flora ausführlich bewundern kann und man zum Frühstück auf der Terrasse die Vögel zwitschern hören kann ! Romantik Urlaub garantiert wenn man gerne Ruhe hat ! Die benachbarten Strände in Nisporto und Nisportino lagen zum schwimmen und schnorcheln ein und bieten ausgezeichnete Restaurants und eine tolle Bar ! Wir kommen sicher wieder Danke an den tollen Service von Angela und Gigi wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und hervorragend betreut ! Top Sauberkeit und hervorragende Kundenbetreuung! Auch mit Hund kein Problem unsere hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt ! Cota Quinta ist ein Juwel herrlich gelegen und top gepflegt DANKE
