Very good clean condition polite and very friendly service

Checked into the hotel went to my room to find it was facing the main road which is no good to me as I like to sleep with the window open, so I headed back dow to reception to ask if I could change rooms and explain why and to be rudely told no all rooms are allocated and that was that on the receptionist went on doing other stuff. Not a or let me check just told no. Shocking service for a hotel chain of this size.

We stay as a family here quite regularly and absolutely cant fault it. Staff are always friendly and happy to help, the rooms are always spotless. The last time we stayed the kids got an easter egg for doing the hunt in the room which was a great wee touch

This is the first time I have stayed with Premier Inn. I knew it was a budget hotel but location was important on this occasion. I had hurt my knee and needed a walk in shower. I phoned the hotel and spoke to Rachel on reception who went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Also in the friendliest and pleasant manner. The room was clean and shower excellent. Perhaps only 2 sachets of coffee and one hand towel for 2 people is rather spartan. I could have gone to reception and asked for more but that was a bit of a nuisance. However, I will now choose to stay at a Premier Inn again if I am looking for a clean, quick overnight stay.

Where do I start we 1st arrived here 2nd week in January and left only yesterday morning. Spending 12 nights at a time up there. This hotel is all about the staff and let me tell you they are truly the most nicest beautiful bunch of ladies I have ever come across in the hotel sector. I stay in hotels week by week so have experienced my fair share. None I repeat none have ever made me feel so welcome or at home ever. Racheal,Debbie,Lisa,and Kirsty in particular you guys are an absolute credit to that hotel and hopefully it is recognised I will miss you guys all so much and hope we meet again in the future. ❤️❤️❤️

Was up here for work..can’t fault the place at all ..very clean ..friendly staff..Kirsty at front desk even went out her way to give me a phone charger..and was also very helpful giving us advice where to eat drink etc ..would not hesitate to come back..

Gorgeous ***le on reception couldn't do enough to help me out such a happy outgoing character really very helpful and never short of a lovely smile nice place comfy beds very clean all staff are friendly and helpful but I'll remember ***le forever

Clean and comfy with friendly staff and good food. Room was spacious, nice to have a bath included and staff in the restaurant were lovely and friendly. The children’s free breakfast was an absolute bonus.

Booked for 2 nights and decided to take advantage of the 'meal deal' The night before departure we received an email advising that the kitchen was closed for evening meals - but could provide breakfast. Because of the inn's location on the edge of the town our reason for using the deal was because it would allow us to relax when we returned for the day. Going out for breakfast was not a problem, and eating only breakfast in the restaurant was not good value, so we decided to cancel that part of the booking. We advised reception on arrival, were told that wasn't a problem and the £99.96 would be reimbursed. Two weeks later we are still waiting. After 40 minutes on the phone to the information centre we are advised that it can take up to 25 working days before our refund is received. Considering the cost of the break was automatically deducted from our account, that's pretty poor service. Our stay at Elgin was relaxing and staff in the actual hotel were very pleasant. It's a pity that their processing centre couldn't provide the same service. I would advise anyone considering the 'meal deal' to wait until arrival at the hotel and pay cash. That way you should be able to get a refund without any hassle.
