"The hotel's location is excellent. While Elgin isn't a large city, its central location made it easy to get anywhere. The accommodations weren't cleaned individually. The common area had a microwave and washing machine, which was useful for long-term stays. There's a supermarket (ALDI, Tesco) just five minutes away, and the bus terminal is also very close."

"Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice, modern bathroom. The food was excellent with an interesting menu with some local themes. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. Could occasionally hear some noise from an extractor fan, possibly on the floor below but it stopped before bedtime. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel."

"We (4 of us), had a very pleasant stay in a family room. The area was quiet, ample parking space, well maintained premises, rooms and toilets. Staff were very cordial and we faced no issues at all during the stay. We did not use the restaurant facilities though as we did not need it."

"An excellent refurbishment has clearly transformed this hotel. The corridors are freshly painted and new carpets. The Premier Plus bedrooms are smart and very well cared for. Reception was exceptionally welcoming and I was immediately put into the quiet room I wanted and it was the largest room in the place so no complaints at all."

"Bed was huge and bedding was crisp and clean. Room and bathroom were both spotless and had no complaints. Breakfast was great lots of fresh fruit, yogurts, pastries, cereals, fresh fruits juices, full English breakfast, toast and jams were available. Could not have asked for more. Lady who served us was so helpful and nothing was to much trouble."
