A 2-bedroom suite with a sofa bed. It’s good for a family of 3 and 7 suitcases that need to be unpacked. This hotel was in the midst of major construction when my daughter and I stayed there April 6 and 7. There was no lobby and billowing plastic 50 ft. tall was hanging over the front entrance. There was dirt and dust everywhere. The hotel should never have been open. The room looked like it had not been vacuumed. There was food and dirt in the room and hallway. The shock value was extreme, and we would have left had we not just completed a long flight from France. This can only be a major embarrassment to Hilton. It is not worthy of the name and needs to be closed until renovations are complete. The only good points were the excellent free breakfast and a good happy hour.

We stayed at the Embassy Suites on a park stay and cruise package. We were told where to park, and parked just beyond the sign for extended parking. When we arrived back to pick up our car, it was gone. After hitting the panic button on our remote, we finally heard a distant horn from the back of the lot. I went to the lobby and inquired how they moved our car. The desk manager said they towed it because it was not parked in the correct area. Our car was towed with the transmission in park, and the car is all wheel drive. This can cause extensive damage. I showed the front desk manager pictures of where I had left my car and I questioned why there was cars currently parked in the same row, including the same parking spot and was told that they were going to tow them also.
