"The hotel location is fine. It is connected with the airport by shuttle limo every 30 minutes, 24/7. It is two mile away from Elizabeth Station, not a long rideshare but definitely not walkable. No water in the suite. We were surprised to find this fact from a Renaissance Hotel and we were told the boss of the hotel wants to reduce the cost so a lot of programs are cut down. This definitely explains why half of the amenity are shut down, including the resturant and the bar. The gym is on but the water fountain is out of maintenance. In general, it is fine for a night at the airport."

"Do not book a room from this hotel. my fiancé and i booked a room last minute via a third party app and confirmed the reservation over the phone with the person running the front desk. When i arrived they told me i needed to pay $120 for the room, which was $40 more than what we had already paid for online. i showed the man at the front desk named Omär/Omer my booking confirmation and not only did he say it didn't exist, he showed me the bookings for august 2nd -3rd where my booking didn't exist on the page, because i had booked it for august 3rd to 4th, which naturally was on a separate page. when i asked him to check the next date he refused and stared at me like i was stupid. after my fiancé called to sort out the situation he hung up immediately before he managed to get a sentence out. they scammed us out of 80 dollars and have a horrible front desk attendant. Omär is extremely unfriendly and very unhelpful. do not book. located in front of a major road and gives meth lab vibes."
