1) Do not book here until the legionnaires outbreak is resolved ( see pictures). We did not find out until after booking and would have decided elsewhere if we knew ahead of time. 2) Not up to the standard of Renaissance brand. Me and my husband travel often and have come to really enjoy Renaissance hotels. We even chose a Renaissance as our wedding hotel. This one is a bit of a dump. The tub was chipped to the point of looking dirty, the glass on the door to the ice maker room was cracked, carpet old, a lot was dingy and dirty. The lobby is fine but the rooms and floors do not look as kept as the lobby. We have club lounge access and after running all over the 10th floor looking for it (there is a sign for it there but no actual location) we learned that the person who un-enthusiastically checked us in forgot to mention it was on the lobby level (where there is no sign). A worker thankfully was able to find us hot water for tea, but most club lounges have a machine so you can get tea and coffee even during off hours. Not here. Ultimately, most people stay at airport hotels because it makes their air travel more convenient, and this is the only reason one should stay here. Shuttle leaves every 30 min to the airport.
