酒店設施齊全，衞生也不錯，環境優美，位置很好，距離報國寺步行10分鐘，伏虎寺步行30分鐘，上山大巴車站步行幾分鐘就到，酒店早餐品種豐富，味道也不錯。房間包含的正餐性價比不高，看菜單不錯，但食材和味道都不行，能吃飽而已

非常滿意，峨眉山腳下的位置，安靜舒適的居住環境，服務也很貼心細緻。管家小徐親自領着到房間門，提示天氣，爬山的注意事項等。行李寄存了一天，還準備了便攜早餐～會推薦給朋友

設施：3號樓的硬件比1號樓好。室外温泉憑房卡登記，免費泡温泉，可以緩解疲勞。
服務：入住第一天就能感受到酒店的前台服務很好！飛飛管家很熱心，還幫我們找停車位。入住期間雖然客房部在打掃房間的時候有瑕疵，但是飛飛管家處理很及時，值得表揚!
