Location is good. The hotel near to the main attraction. Staff service is good. The staff will inform us the best time for sun set and sun rise. Also, we have acute mountain sickness and the security guide helps to point out where to get the oxygen tank. Very helpful security guide. My only advice to the hotel is to standby oxygen tank for the needy. It is difficult for patient to walk a distance to obtain the oxygen tank.

Hotel is located at a great location. Convenient to all the tourist areas. Rooms may not be the newest but it’s good enough for an accommodation at the top of the mountain. Recommended.

It's the best place to stay if you want to stay up the mountain. It has a great view and a unique atmosphere.

Great location to stay for watching sunrise and sunset as hotel is about 15-20 mins away from the Golden Top. The room is spacious and well maintained. Just wish there is heated toilet seat as it gets very cold during the winter.

We are a family of 3 and we requested for 3rd towel set and pillow. However, the hotel refused to provide the towel and pillow and expected us to share the towel.

The location is what makes you stay here. The hotel is otherwise basic for the price - but it was clean, comfy and came with amazing views (when it briefly cleared) and a very short walk up stairs to see the sunrise/sunset and statue. A table of sunrise and sunset times is posted - arrive early if you want a front row view. Breakfast was basic but sufficient and plentiful. Recommend packing light and only taking up the mountain what you need for your stay as there’s a lot of stairs. While the staff did speak some English (much more than my Chinese) a translation app is highly recommended if you don’t speak the language.

The staff were friendly and very concerned for our welfare, keeping an eye out for signs of altitude sickness (which luckily we didn’t suffer from). The rooms were cosy and clean, very warm and close to the main attractions at the Golden Summit.

Great hotel to stay if you wishes to view the sunset, sunrise and catch the sea of cloud; weather permitting. It is within walking distance from the cable car exit/entrance and to the temple and Golden Statue. Room is nicely fitted out with all the necessary amenities. We like the panoramic view of the mountain from the room window. The buffet breakfast spread is good though primarily based on local cuisine. The weather is fine at this time of the year. Not too cold though a little chilly at night and in the early morning. Overall a nice experience. The price at about Rmb 1400 is rather high though.

So awesome!!!!! The view is THE BEST!! You have to book the room with the window though. Very warm, shower is amazingly hot! There’s also heating in the room. This hotel is the closest from the Golden Summit and sunrise/sunset viewing platforms. Absolutely recommend!!!

It is the only hotel out there. The receptionist are not friendly at all.

Just correct, don't expect much. The sunrise on the peak is worthwhile.

I booked the most expensive room, but when I got there, I found that the shower room smelled like urine. Very smelly. I flushed it with water many times, but it still smelled? I called the front desk and found that the landline was out of payment, and the front desk couldn't get through. Then I called the customer service number left by Ctrip, but no one answered. After I informed the front desk of the situation, they gave me a bottle of spray and asked me to spray it. After spraying it, the fragrance was very suffocating. I slept all night and had a headache and altitude sickness the next day (I didn't take a shower). If you are in poor health, I suggest not to stay at Jinding.
