服務非常好，工作人員很親切有禮，從高鐵站接送的司機大哥、前台、微信加的小雯、早餐遇到的每一位工作人員都訓練有素，笑容可掬，給我們介紹景點和美食。
酒店房間也很舒服，空間很大，木質裝修很舒服。提前給放好温泉水，度過了放鬆的一晚。
很開心住到了這家酒店，感覺很適合帶爸媽來或者親子住，有很多親子設施。

週日過來的，沒幾個人，到店才知道酒店人少取消了自助早餐，早餐改成了送到房間裏來吃。服務不錯，但是沒有自助早餐確實沒意思，説是到餐廳吃早飯也可以但就是要點餐。我説算了吧，本來很喜歡芷築，但這次體驗感太荒涼了，下次不來了。

房間很滿意，乾淨舒服還可以泡着澡喝着酒，就是私隱性有點差，不過不是裸泡不影響。服務也很好，管家小李很熱情，入住到退房都很耐心講解。周邊吃飯也不算不遠開車兩三分鐘就有一條美食街，玩的地方也不錯第二天去報國寺附近逛下很涼快，就是蚊子有點多

入住感覺非常巴適，剛到酒店呢時候感覺非常小氣不怎麼配得上這個價格。但是進去之後也是我很喜歡的風格，管家小雯全程温馨服務，各種問題都耐心講解，從到店前就打電話關心行程，值得點贊！房間也是我很喜歡的風格，陽台很大，温泉在陽台上，面朝一個大湖，風景非常巴適。衞生也乾淨房間舒適，晚上吃個燒烤喝喝小酒非常有格調。走的時候發現車車上還放了遮陽板，確實是一個非常温馨的酒店。

The hotel is very quiet, the environment is beautiful, the staff is very enthusiastic, the service is very good, and they helped us upgrade the room for free. The room is very large and has a private hot spring. There is a lake view outside the balcony. It is so comfortable to live in. What's more satisfying is that when we check in, we can choose our favorite breakfast and it will be delivered directly to the room. The breakfast is so delicious. There is also afternoon tea with cakes and fruits. I am so satisfied!
