I loved my stay in the hotel. The staff welcomed So warmly & showed me the whole hotel. The room was amazing and the hot spring mindblowing!!! 💓💓💓 I have been in a lot of hotels but this one is the best so far ! Vivi (hotel staff) always answered every of my questions (in English) within a few seconds via WeChat and arranged my whole trip to the top of emai mountain: even though I was to late to buy a ticket for the cable car, she showed me what other options I have and arranged everything so nicely according to my wishes. This has been just fantastic🥰🥰🥰 I would definitely recommend this to everyone who wants to visit emai & especially to foreigners! 👍👌 @vivi: thank you so so much for this wonderful weekend & hope to see you again 👋👋

Very clean and great service. Restaurant did not serve western food and had to travel to a different hotel for meals. Manager did notice and offered to serve sandwiches, great little add-on. Hot springs are only open 11am-11pm. As a holiday resort I would have liked it being open all the time, getting into the hot spring to see the sunrise… especially since the hotel doesn’t offer any amenities besides the hot springs. The personal hot tub on the balcony looks nice but is not a very useful feature as the water is actually lukewarm and gets cold fast. Overall I am very happy with this clean, fancy hotel. And a big thank you to all the staff who went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant.

The children's playground is right at the entrance, which is amazing. There is a tea bar in the lobby and a hot spring pool outdoors. We upgraded the garden view private soup room during the off-season, which is very pleasant! The housekeeper's smiling service is very timely. We went to Mount Emei as soon as we arrived at the hotel. Smiling helped us put our luggage in the room and prepared the hot spring water for us before we were ready to return. We didn't return until 6 o'clock. There were 5 kinds of welcome fruits, while other hotels had at most two or three. Afternoon tea was delivered immediately after check-in, which was simply too much to love. The smart toilet in the room and the toiletries provided were very useful. The room refrigerator was full of food, and there were also local special drinks. 👍 The breakfast on the top floor was decorated very stylishly, the dishes were rich and the ingredients were fresh, and there were also local characteristics. A pleasant stay experience, I will stay here again next time I come to Emei. The last photo was taken in the restaurant. Disadvantages: Due to the overall environment, there are many unfinished buildings by the lake, the water management is not good, and the ring road is not fully open.

Children like to play in the water there. Although the variety of breakfast food is not very large, it is enough to enjoy and the noodle soup is well cooked. I ate it two days in a row. The only thing is that it would be better if the drinks have juice. Although the room facilities are a bit old, they also have novel equipment, which complement the features and equipment use of Jiuquan Hotel.

There is a private butler who will send suggestions for staying and visiting Mount Emei, which is good; the room has a private hot spring, which is very comfortable to soak in, which is great~ It is recommended that the balcony can add some privacy shielding; the wood around the sink is moldy, and there is a bad smell when washing; the bed is very comfortable to sleep on; the breakfast variety is limited, the noodles and rice noodles are good; there are welcome fruits and afternoon tea~

I really like the style of the room, it's clean and tidy, especially the hot spring on the terrace is very nice~ There is a monkey bridge around the hotel, where the scenery is nice and you can ride a quad bike🚲. You can also take a walk there if you stay here!

Ctrip recommends the second hotel. I am speechless. It is too bad. It is only 1/200 of the famous hotels, but it costs nearly 2000 per night.
