五一去的，安排的房間全是甲醛味！！！換了好幾次才換到一個稍微味道小點的，而且前台一片混亂，耽誤了很久。不得不説，半夜11點正準備洗澡，結果停水！！！無語！總之體驗很差！

酒店環境很好衞生很好床很舒服舒服到一沾床很快都能睡着大床房的衞生間太逼仄辦理入住時不愉快但國慶旺季不是理由寫明瞭16:00之後辦理入住，我們17:00之後到酒店，並沒有很順暢的入住。天氣比較悶熱，大廳沒有開空調，前台辦理入住的客人也不少，所以容易產生矛盾。另外，使用了積分升房，也因為不能及時空出房間導致擱淺。訂了1天以上的客房需到前台重新刷卡，沒有提前告知，跑上跑下。以上。

很乾凈，院內寬敞，開車去的朋友停車方便，環境不錯，設施齊全，出門是公交站，坐車也方便，步行到峨眉山景區售票處也很近，大概10來分鐘路程，推薦。
