下單時系統贈送的免費升級房型沒有兑現，公共環境不錯，但是房間設施欠缺，沒有掛衣服的衣櫃，馬桶沒水，熱水很小，水温也低，沒有毛巾。大清早8點過打掃衞生的就在陽台搞出很大聲音，椅子掃把拖來拖去動靜非常大，絲毫不顧及客人是否在睡覺。

酒店是中式園林設計有點復古環境不錯，提前一天預訂的房間，本來想着先去峨眉山線下買門票的，因為要諮詢酒店其他的事情聯繫前台人員，順帶問了一下景區門票是否有，還好問了前台小姐姐不然我們第二天都上不了山，門票都已售罄，看我着急非常熱心幫我聯繫了景區人員順利上山，真的很感謝

超級差，廁所都沒有打掃乾淨，衞生巾臟濕黑。

原來的酒店挺漂亮的，可惜停業轉手，新老闆接手後趁五一節倉促營業。衞生間毛巾架、置物架都沒有（原來的取了，新的又沒有裝）茶几、床頭櫃上薄薄的一層灰，可能是臨時鋪床打掃後空氣中的灰塵又落下來了。無門卡（可能是系統還沒弄好）開門需要找前台。正在改造成產後恢復或月子中心，如無此方面的需求，不建議住。注：本次入住時，平台上的照片都是以前的，不知道以後會改成啥樣，640塊錢住一晚上，體驗感確實難以言表。
