I hope Ctrip can control the rating mechanism and not let the user's expectations and disappoin**ent form a huge gap.
Hygiene: There was dust on the table. The hotel was booked in advance, but they didn't arrange for someone to clean it.
Facilities: I saw a bay window and a tea table in the promotional picture, but only one of the 4 rooms I booked had a bay window tea table. I asked the front desk and found out that there was only one room of that type on each floor.
