希望攜程能把控好評分機制，不要讓用户的期望值和失望值形成巨大的落差。
衞生：桌上都有灰，提前訂的酒店，也不知道安排人清潔下衞生。
設施：看到宣傳圖上有飄窗和茶台，結果訂的4個房間，衹有1間有飄窗茶台。問過前台才知道，那樣的房型每層衹有一間。
