El Hotel Luxsur es un hermoso hotel. La piscina panorámica es una belleza, la habitación que nos tocó amplia y cómoda, el desayuno muy bueno y con una excelente vista del río incluyendo el puente San Roque Gonzalez que conecta Encarnación con Posadas,Argentina. Los empleados en general son muy amables. El estacionamiento es bien amplio a unos 50 metros del hotel. No le doy 5 por dos motivos: uno es la ubicación ya que queda a unos mil metros de la playa y el segundo es porque noto cierta dejadez en el mobiliario. Había ido por primera vez hace 10 años cuando ,por lo visto,se había inaugurado recientemente y ahora se nota el paso del tiempo. Le daría una calificación de 4,5 si pudiera.

Pasar dos noches en una de las habitaciones superiores de este hotel fue una pesadilla. Lo peor de todo fue que el primer día, antes de acostarnos, tuvimos que llamar a recepción para que subieran a cambiarnos las sábanas, ya que tenían señales evidentes (manchas y pelos, principalmente) de que habían sido usadas por los huéspedes anteriores y no se habían cambiado. Además de esto, tanto la habitación como el baño eran pequeños e incómodos, así como viejos y en mal estado. Solo había un asiento en una habitación para dos personas. Los colchones estaban visiblemente deformados por el uso, con sus zonas laterales muy abombadas. Las sábanas tenían agujeros. Las fundas interiores de las almohadas estaban en un estado de suciedad lamentable. Las toallas estaban viejísimas y con manchas. El desayuno nos pareció malo, sin variedad ni calidad. No volvería a este hotel bajo ningún concepto, ni se lo recomiendo a nadie. Fue el peor hotel de todos los de nuestro viaje a Paraguay.
