"The reception was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to check into our rooms immediately. They had a connecting door. The room next door was very noisy with music, conversation, etc. Although we had booked two rooms, they weren't adjacent, which would have likely reduced the noise. The restaurant, like the outside, was freezing cold, and we had to ask them to close the door and turn the heating on. Otherwise, the stay was very pleasant. Excellent gym, sauna, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. We'll still come back."

"Loved, loved, loved this gem! Near the shops and restaurants but also the river front. Easy connections to other places via the bus terminal. Great comfortable room (a bit smelly to start with, with I flushed toilets after a quiet season). We had a balcony and the use of a lovely clean pool. Great breakfast room. Loved it all!"

"We love this hotel! It's a charming boutique hotel with thoughtful and chic decor! The location is perfect and walkable. The panoramic restaurant is very pleasant and has a beautiful view of Encarnación. Great pool deck! A sauna and gym are plusses too! We have stayed here before and will stay again! Great value!"

"This hotel stands out as one of the best hotels we have stayed. It is beautifully put together, large rooms exceptionally appointed. Everything is in terrific condition. Super comfortable bed, nice linens and wonderful views! The staff is very attentive and exemplary! Breakfast is 1st rate. We invited friends for breakfast, that was very expensive which was a huge surprise considering typical prices for food and restaurants in the vicinity."

"Stayed here for two nights and it proved to be the perfect base in Encarnacion. It is a five minute walk away from the main strip of the Costanera promenade so it’s a bit quieter. The hotel looks and feels fairly new, the rooms have beautiful wood floors and are very large. It is definitely worth choosing one with a river view. The breakfast is a very nice buffet with specialties of Paraguay included such as mbeju. The caesar salad served for a quick dinner was a huge portion and super delicious. They do have a gym as well but the equipment definitely needs some upgrading. Nonetheless would be happy to return here also considering that it was great value for money."

The staff could have been more helpful and had a better attitude. They were polite, but it seemed like they didn't enjoy their jobs 😅 That was the only negative thing about the hotel."

Brand new, ultra-modern, hi-tech, luxury hotel. Incredible views of Encarnacion, the river, and Posadas, Argentina. Comfortable bed. A/C. Minifridge. Wifi. Two free bottles of water every day. Excellent bathroom--strong shower pressure, infinite hot water. Hot water in sink... Excellent included buffet breakfast. Restaurant located on top floor. Hotel is located in a shopping center with a bank, pharmacy, gym, and multiple dining options. Gym is free for hotel guests. Standard rooms available for $81/night, which is an incredible deal..."
