Not bad

Very nice hospitability, room was clean, cleaner as patient and didn’t get rid of me. Reception staff were nice and Marian was on top of her job. I will rate her 5 star

Only stayed the night but the hotel did what it needed to do. Great beds and breakfast. Thanks Klaudia for the warm welcome. I stop now and then so I’ll be back soon. I appreciate all the hard work from all the staff. Rooms need a bit of doing as they are a bit tired looking

An extraordinarily poor experience. We are a business client for Premier Inns and usually enjoy the facilities and convenience, however this hotel is an exception and we would recommend avoiding. Having booked through our business account and checked in, we were interrupted at 5am with a loud and aggressive knock at our door, with a night porter stating that we hadn’t paid! This was due to their admin error at check in and ruined our night. The porter was aggressive and argued with us outside other guests bedrooms. Management told us to complain in writing to HQ which we did and 30 days later we got an unsympathetic response. Furthermore the room was damp smelling, the bathroom panels were warped, the air conditioning didn’t work and the toilet seat had water marks over it. Worse still we forgot our room key, and reception gave us a replacement key without asking for ID or knowing us. This is a major safeguarding concern and any guest safety is at risk. Premier Inn had the opportunity to put this right 3 times prior to me writing this review. Their response was default, pre written and didn’t address their problems, the safety concerns or offer their sleep guarantee

We stayed here in April for 3 days and we thoroughly enjoyed our stayed. From checking in with Klaudia we were happy with the services she gave and the cleaning staffs were nice, very polite and helpful making our stay very comfortable. Klaudia at the reception was professional, helpful, wonderful and kind and she arrange for us to have the room we needed. Klaudia had time for us any time we needed anything and she was very polite and patient . With the services we received we have now booked up again for 3 days. We stayed here multiple times and we are always satisfied with the services.

Lovely experience from check in, Maryian and Dee are so lovely and friendly. Warming welcomes when we came to reception, very welcoming to my requests! Room is nice and clean and in a very quiet location seeing it’s so close to London! Tea, coffee are in the room ready for arrival!

We visited 9th April. We stayed in a family room. I am immune compromised due to cancer treatment and Maryam on reception desk went out of her way to help me. All the staff were lovely and the room was clean, warm and comfortable. We had a great night sleep. Breakfast was also lovely. Thank you.

Stayed in a new room and it was great - clean, quiet, spacious and lots of nice touches! Very impressed. Marjan checked us in and was so friendly, professional and helpful - she is a total asset to PI! Great and would stay again! Would recommend
