"We were welcomed nicely with two amazing front desk representatives. Received clean and comfy room. It was day before Christmas, and we were told the timing for breakfast . Next morning we found out there no breakfast served at all! Because it’s Christmas!! It’s like you book the flight , but no flight attendants cuz they are on vocation 😀 All hotels guests were very confused, no one received any note about it, we were very disappointed because one of the reason we pay more for this hotel -is breakfast, since we were driving with kids. Don’t recommend this hotel ."

"This time staying at motel 6 in Enfield Connecticut wasn't exactly as terrible as it has been in the past however it still was not the greatest by any means the rooms are really never cleaned properly their floors are never swept your mops like they should be it just seems like it's just a half ass job with all the cleaning cuz if you look like in the corners and you know under the bed places like that there is so much dust dirt and God knows what that it's absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous I shouldn't have to come into my room and actually start cleaning and because of this situation I now bring cleaning products and I can of sanitizing spray like Lysol the whole situation is very sad that I have to do that but unfortunately right now with the struggles I have it's about all I can afford so I try to make the best of it but it is extremely difficult no matter how cheap or expensive a hotel is there's some things that are unacceptable and dirt dust grime whatever it's not acceptable anywhere you go whether it's a one-star hotel or a five-star hotelIIRC"
