Doesn’t really leave up to its name. Mosquitos, beach is so isolated from the building. Air con doesn’t work. No breakfast and bad value for money. I left after first night. Miserable and unfriendly staff. Try and see

The room was big and clean, the room service was okay. Food and beverage were tasty and enough. The entire hotel has the ability to impart luxury, but it urgently needs more maintenance. New carpets on the corridor floors, a removed frontside, repairs on the roof and many small improvement in each single room would let it shine.

Maybe the WORST Hotel experience of my life and I travel all over the world. It was filthy and looked as if nothing had been done or upgraded since it was built! Avoid this place AT ALL COST!

This hotel was lacking in so much. The goat in the restaurant was so overcooked and tough that it was not edible. Even the waiter noticed it as he saw all the unchecked meat left on the plate. A lot of the menu options were not available. The cucumber and tomato salad cause us to have food poisoning. No one should get sick from what is supposed to be a high end hotel. Our credit card was charged over $5000 for dinner! We had two rooms, both of which the air conditioner did not work. We only received a fan in one room. There were also roaches in both rooms. They should make people pay for the beach as soon as they enter. That way, you don't have to harass the guests who are already staying there every time they try to go to thr pool or beach area. In summary, we will stay somewhere else next time.
