"The hotel is right by Lake Victoria, and you can see the lake from the window when you open it. Please excuse the second picture; I had already laid on the bed, so it's a bit wrinkled. The room also smelled very pleasant. The front desk service was very thoughtful; they helped me carry my two very heavy suitcases upstairs. The security guard was also very nice. The hotel breakfast was delicious too. You're welcome to stay here!"

"Went down to the counter to extend my stay for one more day, was told that it is ok as long as I pay before 1300. when I went to pay at 1300, I was told that the hotel is full and I have to check out.When I check back at Trip.com I saw that there are other rooms avaliable but I was not even given that option. It would have been ok if I was told that it was full and I cannot extend. I am now stuck at the lobby and will have to look for another hotel."

"Staff is nice. Location is great. Nice view of the lake. Breakfast is ok. Air conditioning not working. Switched rooms and room stayed cooler but water dripped from the air conditioner. Problem with the television in both rooms. Needed to replace the refrigerator in the 2nd room. Water pressure in the shower was low. This was our second time staying in this hotel and had same issues the first time. We will choose another hotel next time."
