Staff was excellent and very helpful with all of our personal needs. The coffee pot wasn’t working and they woke up and made us coffee at 3 AM before we went to the airport. Shuttle service was excellent and on time

No information pack in room to operate tv, air conditioning coffee machine etc.
No breakfast available at 7.30 am yet told it was served from 7.00. Had asked previous night to have it at 7.00 am. Ignored.
So left with no food.
The final bill forgot one evening meal 😳. I had to remind them.
Very poor.
