If you are visiting Uganda, then this should ALWAYS be your first port of call. Alison & Dave's stunning Guesthouse is so much more than a great place to stay, it's the whole Ugandan experience. If you want to make the most of your trip, this wonderful couple have all the contacts to point you in the right direction for safaris, drivers and the best places to eat and drink. The guesthouse is a real paradise home from home, with the warmest of welcomes from Alison, Dave, all their amazing staff and of course the 2 family dogs George and Maisie, always available for walkies. This guesthouse is a home far away from home. Super clean rooms, cosy living room area and delicious breakfast. In the garden you can observe different kinds of birds. On top of that great team working here. Definitely worth to stay here.

Really lovely place with great staff, good coffee and breakfast, comfortable room, warm showers, everything was absolutely perfect. I would recommend this place and very good price too. There was nothing at all that was less than perfect. Thank you!

Lovely place in an excellent location and convenient for the airport. The rooms are great and the staff very heplful and friendy. Would definitely stay here again and very good value for money. Highly recommended

Excellent helpful hosts. Lovely, clean rooms. Beautiful grounds. Fabulous breakfast. Not far from shops and restaurants both local and international. Can arrange airport shuttle at very cheap cost .. will most definitely stay next time we are in Entebbe

We really loved this place. When we arrived in Entebbe our luggage was still in Egypt. Our driver Charles was still (2 hours later) waiting for us in the midle of the night. After 4 hours of good sleep we had a breakfast with beautiful view over te lake. Alison and Dave were so helpfull. They advised us about Uganda and Entebbe. And I was able to use a clean shirt because we did not have luggage. The staff is unbelievable friendly, especially the two brothers Thomas and Geoffrey. When we left to get our Jeep in Kampala we even got some homemade Ugandan peanutbutter to take with us on our trip. A&D Guesthouse is a great place to stay and highly recommended! Can't go wrong!

We spent 4 lovely days at Allison and Daves waiting for members of our research team to arrive from various parts of the world. Both our hosts were very kind and accommodating, as well as generous with advice (where to eat and where to visit) and knew so much about all the bird species in their garden; and there were lots of those. It’s a bird lovers paradise. Highly recommended..

I really enjoyed my short stay here. Both Alison and Dave are really welcoming and the staff are so friendly. The area is so lovely with views of the lake and the breakfast was great too. I really recommend staying here.
