Zijn zeer good ontvangen geweest, ontbijt en eten was overheerlijk, kamer was fantastisch, zeker om opnieuw te doen. Voelden ons als de koning en koningin. Top zaak. Ideale uitvals basis om naar de vele kleine dorpjes rond Epernay te rijden en te genieten van wijngaard en uitzicht, Auto staat vielig op prive parking.

Het was een magnifieke verblijf. Het hotel was zeer mooi oud gebouw met alle nodige faciliteiten. De eigenaars hebben er alles aangedaan om ons een schitterende ervaring te bezorgen. We raden deze locatie zeker aan en gaan zelf zeker nog eens terug.

Malgré les conditions climatiques désastreuses, nous avons passé un grand moment. Très bon accueil dès notre arrivée, gentillesse du personnel. Installation dans un salon à ambiance très cosy. Variété dans les mets proposés, les boissons, nous avons apprécié la cuvée de champagne "Boyer". Nous recommandons cet établissement de qualité, il a accueilli Madame Catherine Deneuve lors d'un tournage de film.

An amazingly quirky and brilliant hotel, run by the loveliest couple! From the moment we arrived to when we left, we were fabulously looked after by Sabrina and Jean Francois. The rooms are truly epic, food excellent, hospitality amazing. My wife and I, our grown up sons and our ancient miniature schnauzer had the best time here. A great base from which to visit the champagne houses of Epernay. There's off-road parking too, so you're guaranteed a spot. Should be rated 5*. Thank you very much for a lovely stay. We will be back.

1. Au niveau Hotellerie. 1.1. commençons par les points négatifs .... voilà, c'est fait. 1.2. les aspects positifs : tout : de l'accueil, chaleureux et cordial, qui se poursuit tout au long du séjour, avec sourire et dévouement, à la restauration de cet hôtel particulier, dans un style victorien, qui, alliant subtilement le noir, le rouge et de doré, ne sombre jamais dans le kitch ou le rococo, mais reste très "classe", smart. sans oublier le top : pour ma chambre, outre la rénovation intérieure de goût, de véritables sauna, hammam (un vrai, celui qui fait transpirer à fond) et jaccuzi, s'ajoutent à une grande cabinet douche très performante pour constituer, à elle seule, un espace bien-être personnel. et la qualité de la literie n'est pas en reste. Bravo à ce couple pour ce qu'ils ont osé entreprendre, car il fallait oser. et ils y sont parvenus. 2. Niveau restaurant. depuis 6 mois, les clients ont eu la possibilité de se restaurer au resto nouvellement ouvert. on sent les patrons un peu moins à l'aise dans la fonction "restaurant" que dans la fonction "hôtel", car moins expérimentés. mais de nouveau, le service et la qualité des produits leur permettent de nous offrir une carte simple, mais tout à fait suffisante, composée de 4 entrées et 4 plats et desserts. leur foie gras maison est succulent et d'un rose digne d'une peau de bébé, tandis que leur pièce de boeuf (tournedos de limousin, je crois), cuite comme demandé, moelleuse à souhait (à couper à la cuillère, presque). seul petit bémol : la béarnaise est servie froide (comme il paraît que cela se fait en france) et en quantité initiale très, très réduite. mais une petite demande à la patronne, et un complément vous est vite apporté. 3. Conclusion: excellent séjour, pour les yeux, le corps, et le ventre, dans ce magnifique hôtel lui-même situé dans une magnifique région (excellente pour le gosier d'ailleurs).LD

Hôtel particulier géré de façon familiale avec un superbe accueil et sur mesure. belle emplacement tout se fait a pieds, a deux pas du centre (200 mètres)... parking, restauration. Idéal pour couplé, certaines suites sont équipées de sauna de hammam et de jacuzzi... d'autre que de sauna et hammams douche.

From the moment we arrived Sabrina and Jean Francois made our stay so personal and special. The hotel is a gem in Epernay and has so much individual character and soul. A grand building in a fantastic location with small number of rooms that if you're looking for something different thy aligns with the uniqueness of champagne this is for you. It's a family run business and a far cry away from corporate driven empty shell hotels - this hotel is about living, enjoying food, enjoying wine and enjoying the company of those close to you. Our room was exceptional and crazy! Round bed, jacuzzi bath and sauna . Take one night of you stay to indulge in the room itself! The restaurant is charming and everything has care applied to it. This hotel is run by a couple who are probably the most hospitable hoteliers I and ever met in my global travel experiences.
