5/5 stay. We arranged a pick up from downtown UB which included sightseeing on the way. This took about 4.5 hours. I booked a ger for 2 nights. The experience was magical. Even though it dropped to -3 during the night, it was very warm. Breakfast was usually eggs / bread / bacon. Good coffee. Showers/ loos were situated a 3 mins walk from ger. We arranged a 3 1/2 hour horse trek through the hotel. I would recommend this as it’s a great way to see the area. The horse were very well behaved taking us through rivers and overland. On our final day the hotel arranged to visit a local nomad and watch him bring his cattle in. Also throughly recommend. We ate dinner at the restaurant each night. Food ample and yummy. They were happy to cook non meat options for me that weren’t on the menu. All in all this was a great a experience. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would love to come in the spring!

Good, comfortable and pleasant accommodation. The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly. The boss was surprised by his Korean skills. It was my first trip to Mongolia, but I enjoyed it. There was a convenience store next to the hotel, so I ate delicious food and breakfast. I wanted to stay for a few more days, but unfortunately the itinerary was tight, so I want to go again next time. I'll stop by again when I travel to Mongolia.

We arrived with a friend at the hotel on 10/29/22 at 7 am, we were tired after the train and even though the check-in was at 11 am, we were immediately settled by a beautiful girl at the reception. I really liked the room on the 7th floor, there are bottles of free water on the table, tea and coffee, shower accessories in the bathroom, everything is free and by the way is replenished every day. The room was also cleaned every day. Everything is standard in the room, two large beds, a tea table, a kettle, a refrigerator, a TV (by the way, there are many Russian-language channels), there is a safe, which is very convenient. For breakfast buffet, quite a variety of breakfasts, very friendly girls cook omelettes;) Very good soundproofing in the hotel, very quiet at night. What I want to especially note is that at the reception we met a girl named Miga, she speaks Russian very well, she quickly settled us on the first day. Miga and then helped us a lot on all issues. With excursions, with a taxi, with purchases of Medicines, products, and even where to buy something. She gave her personal phone number and of course we constantly used her kindness. She is a golden person, because she never refused, but suggested where it was cheaper and how it would be more convenient.
