吧枱態度那個差，特別橫，退按金問需要多久，不搭理，然後説你着急你就去旁邊等着，開房的時候就顧着拿手機打麻將，開完還埋怨耽誤了她打牌，長得一臉橫肉，服務真是絕了，佩服你生意做成這樣。

酒店位置好，停車方便。房間大，前台服務態度很好。酒店設施陳舊門把手壞了服務員給換了房間。五樓水很小不能洗澡，希望老闆改善基礎設施更好服務客户。

從來沒給過差評，這次真的是太次了！定的高級大床房，辦理入住的時候前台就糊裡糊塗，在我的提醒下給了高級大床房，房子在五樓，沒窗簾！沒窗簾！沒窗簾！窗台上全是土！！想換房沒有了給我們大床房！大床房水龍頭洗漱吃去水流巨小！關鍵來了，沒有冷水！沒有房，又找我人給我們修！地上全是水，特別滑，設施老舊！

房間不錯,但是缺少一部分設施,適合短暫過境旅客,地理位置不錯,距離國門界碑步行2公里左右,打車起步價即到目的地,距國家地質公園僅10km,距二連國際汽車站步行700米左右,距二連浩特口岸僅8km左右.
