"It's a nice hotel, but the staff is not especially helpful. When I asked where I find the bus station, she kindof ignored me. The first night three very drunk people were arguing after midnight in the corridor. It was a very unpleasant experience."

"This is one of the two upscale hotels in Erenhot (they also have a branch in Hohhot). I happened to see it in Erenhot and decided to give it a try. At around 400 RMB, it's officially rated as a 4-star hotel, but the value for money definitely feels like a 5-star. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The most pleasant surprise was that they offer afternoon tea (with snacks and pastries) and a late-night supper (which was really like a full dinner, featuring congee, milk tea, and freshly-made steamed buns). Moreover, the staff were incredibly friendly and observant, always eager to help, almost competing to assist you! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who gets the chance to stay in Erenhot."

"The environment is nice and quiet. The room is relatively large and comes with free fruit. The toilet is too loud, flushing it is like an earthquake. Everything else is good. Breakfast is a little slow when there are many people. A very cost-effective hotel."

"This was my second stay, and I'm just as satisfied as the first time! Upon checking in in the afternoon, the front desk staff thoughtfully informed me about a complimentary Cotti Coffee and free afternoon tea. After a long drive, it was incredibly pleasant to enjoy some refreshments and coffee before settling in! I also noticed a small box at the front desk containing disposable toilet seat covers and alcohol wipes – a really thoughtful touch. As I entered, I saw some guests taking photos while dressed in traditional Mongolian attire. I asked about it and found out the hotel offers these costumes for guests to use free of charge! What truly impressed me was the hotel's very own jade counter! As someone with years of experience and a keen interest in jade, I had a chat with the staff. They explained that the hotel owner personally sources raw jade stones from Myanmar (apparently, security for legitimate business trips there isn't bad 😌) and has them processed, guaranteeing Grade A quality. Absolutely fantastic!"

"This is my 3rd time staying here. I like it because it is clean and in a good location. But today when I checked out, they lied and said that the condom was opened. I didn't touch the condom. When I told the receptionist, they said okay but please write a good review instead. I was really surprised. This is a bad way of doing business. When you stay here, you should check the items in the room to make sure they are intact. To avoid paying for items you didn't touch"

"Very good hotel. The room is perfect with lots of space and all parts clean. The location is nice with grocery stores at 2 min walk, supermarket a 2 min walk and station or frontier at less than 11 yuan in taxi. If i comeback i will sleep here again."
