Good for travelers waiting for border transit."

"Location: Situated in the heart of Erenhot, with plenty of restaurants and many imported goods shops nearby – worth a browse if you have time. There are a few parking spaces right outside. Service: The hotel essentially offered no service. Check-in was incredibly slow. I mentioned I had a reservation, and the staff member seemed completely oblivious and inattentive. I handed over two IDs and told him the rooms were booked under these two names, but he thought I only had one room, even though I booked two! When I asked about the complimentary afternoon tea, he said he didn't know. I was truly speechless by the front desk service. I also had to ask where and when breakfast was served; absolutely nothing was communicated during check-in. It's incomprehensible. Room: The room was very spacious, and the facilities were all new. We had a lot of people and luggage, and it was easy to place everything. The layout was sensible, it was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast: Breakfast was decent, with a good variety, and enough to fill you up. Since we had a child, the front desk gave us an extra breakfast voucher. Afternoon Tea: The 'complimentary afternoon tea' was really just a pile of snacks laid out for self-service. There was no hot water or drinks. There's a water dispenser by the door where you can get your own water. There was a plate of fruit, but a guest took it, plate and all, back to their room."

Moreover, the hotel's listed price was the same as Ctrip's! The bath water is hot and cold, the floor is a bit sticky, and it is very close to the community behind. In the summer, you have to close the sunshade, otherwise you can clearly see the building opposite. The family members said that the breakfast was so bad that it was not as good as a hotel."
