"Location: Situated in the heart of Erenhot, with plenty of restaurants and many imported goods shops nearby – worth a browse if you have time. There are a few parking spaces right outside. Service: The hotel essentially offered no service. Check-in was incredibly slow. I mentioned I had a reservation, and the staff member seemed completely oblivious and inattentive. I handed over two IDs and told him the rooms were booked under these two names, but he thought I only had one room, even though I booked two! When I asked about the complimentary afternoon tea, he said he didn't know. I was truly speechless by the front desk service. I also had to ask where and when breakfast was served; absolutely nothing was communicated during check-in. It's incomprehensible. Room: The room was very spacious, and the facilities were all new. We had a lot of people and luggage, and it was easy to place everything. The layout was sensible, it was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast: Breakfast was decent, with a good variety, and enough to fill you up. Since we had a child, the front desk gave us an extra breakfast voucher. Afternoon Tea: The 'complimentary afternoon tea' was really just a pile of snacks laid out for self-service. There was no hot water or drinks. There's a water dispenser by the door where you can get your own water. There was a plate of fruit, but a guest took it, plate and all, back to their room."
