Pessima esperienza. Abbiamo prenotato una camera classica che doveva avere un letto matrimoniale, una finestra ed un bagno privato. La foto allegata alla conferma di prenotazione faceva presupporre ad una camera bellissima. In realtà abbiamo ricevuto una camera piccolissima con un ingombrante e grande pilastro ai piedi del letto. La finestra era piccola come anche il bagno con ribassamenti del soffitto che rendevano praticamente
impraticabile la vasca da bagno e se non stavi attento quando accedevi al vaso o ti alzavi dalla seduta sbattevi la testa. Ciò che comunque riteniamo inaccettabile è allegare alle conferme di prenotazione foto fuorvianti e non corrispondenti alla realtà.

Hermoso hotel en el corazon de Erice! Hotel boutique dirigido por Antonio con amabilidad y mucha simpatía! Contrate el servicio de asistencia con parkeo del auto y equipaje, ya que no se puede ingresar hasta la puerta del hotel. Antonio te recibe en una plaza a pocos metros del hotel y se hace cargo de todo! Cenamos en el restaurante del hotel en una hermosa terraza von vistas impresionantes! Ademas Erice es una bellísima ciudad en el cielo!!! Desayuno completo y habitaciones amplias! Volveria!!
