"Pro's: - Good views - Rooms were clean and modern - Short drive to the town of Erice - Free parking Con's: - Breakfast was repetitive and bland - Hotel had no ambiance - was extremely quiet - Outdoor swimming pool was too cold to use - Indoor swimming pool and sauna can only be used if paid as part of a spa treatment - Parking got very overcrowded at night - Located on a busy road so difficult to relax/sleep during the day with the balcony door open"

I knew the cuisine of this restaurant a few years ago and I enjoyed it, but today I can say that I found a restaurant in decline both from the point of view of service and from the point of view of the quality of the raw materials used for make their dishes. Leaving aside the difference in treatment given to friends and poor mere mortals who book without having any knowledge of the management. It is always sad to see historic businesses heading towards decline, with the hope and wish that they can improve their trend. "Excellent resort with SPA on site. In addition to the splendid private beach, the resort has 2 swimming pools, for adults and children, and also has a children's area. The catering is excellent from breakfast to dinner, all served as a buffet with a vast assortment from meat to fish to typical local cheeses, fruit and desserts. Also in the restaurant area you can find a bar with very friendly and sociable staff, all 20 meters from the beach. From the beach or in any case from the external area you can enjoy a splendid sunset. As for the rooms, they are also quite tidy and nice, if you are lucky you can have a balcony with a sea view. The resort has a very interesting tour package departing and returning from the resort"

"I liked the room, small but cute, neat and clean. The breakfast was so good and plentiful. Pay attention because if you have the car it's difficult to reach the facility, furthermore, the owner is often not present and doesn't answer the phone, despite this we had a good time!"

"You will enjoy some of the best views Erice has to offer right here at this B&B. This is owned and operated by a Husband and Wife. The rooms were very nice, as well as quiet. You will be able to walk all of Erice from the B&B. You are surrounded by plenty of restaurants and coffee places with a world renown Patisserie just steps from the B&B. That being said, the breakfasts at Bella Vista come with home made cakes, meats and cheese, fruits, and the best croissants in Erice! Don't hesitate to book a magical stay here, as the owner can come to the car park to retrieve your bags and get them to your room while you walk the Village. Highly recommend, we would stay here again."

"It's a really beautiful location, we stayed in the junior suite, we had a private pool and the house was lovely. We had lunch at the restaurant which was really good however,there was a private party at the restaurant at dinner time so we ate out nearby. A really good stay in a great location, fantastic views, no negatives so far, will let you know if breakfast lets them down "

"The hotel is very well located next to a free park, outside the season. The rooms are spacious, small bemol the decor is completely inexistent. The whole is therefore a little cold. The hotel and restaurant would deserve a warm decoration that would highlight the beautiful stones of walls and ceilings. There is still a little heat short."
